MMayyeVery convenient for a short transit. The capsule was clean, comfortable, and quiet — perfect for a few hours of rest between flights. Check-in was smooth, and staff were friendly and helpful. I booked a Double Room type, no window. It placed 1 queen bed size. The interior decoration looks attractive Mediterranean style. However, this room does not provide a wardrobe (only 2 clothes hangers). There are only rack cabinet & flats TV with limited broadcasts. No mini fridge & safety box. Electric kettle, coffee, tea & sugar were provided along with roll tissue. The bathroom is very nice & clean. 2 bath towels & 1 small towel provided. The water heater works well. Bathroom toiletries include only one bottle of 2-in-1 shampoo.

The hotel will give visitors a parking access card. Visitors are required to park in the basement & in the reserved parking box. The safety features in the parking area are satisfactory. Security guards are often seen patrolling. From the basement parking lift you can go directly to the hotel room level.

The atmosphere of the lobby is very pleasant with a Mediterranean-style concept. In one corner of this lobby, there are selling of dry food items & also dishes that I guess are imported from China. Chinese pottery decorations & a book of interpretation of the Quran in Chinese are also on display. Very nice.

Breakfast is not provided in the package. However, the hotel gaves free breakfast vouchers at the Muslim Chinese restaurant next to the hotel. It's just that the menu options are limited. I ordered Mi Tarik Soup & Fried Dumplings. Anyway, I'm very satisfied.

RRIZZULKARNAINI stayed for one night in the Studio Executive room and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The room was clean, well-organized, and comfortable for a short stay. The bed was cozy and the atmosphere was peaceful.
What stood out most was the air-conditioning — it worked perfectly and kept the room very cold, which was perfect for a good night’s rest.
The hotel is conveniently located within the DPulze Shopping Centre, making it easy to find food, essentials, or just walk around without needing to go far.
Overall, this was a pleasant and worthwhile stay. I’d definitely consider coming back for future visits. Highly recommended for solo travellers or couples looking for a simple and relaxing place to stay.

GGuest UserOverall stay was pleasant, breakfast is excellent with a wide varieties of food, kids enjoyed swimming pool very much, nice scenery to walk around and recommended for families staycation. Only downside is the rude, slow & unprofessional front desk reception, but later the very nice duty manager managed to solve our problem and still we enjoyed our trip well.

HHajanaA lovely place with beautiful views. It did get a bit hot during the day, and even with the air conditioning on, it still felt a little warm and stuffy. This might be due to the cabin materials retaining heat. Overall, though, everything was good. The kids were absolutely delighted as they could just open the sliding door and jump straight into the pool. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. Definitely worth the price.

SStarferryThe hotel is near to KLIA. Suitable if to take early morning flight or any inconvenient connecting flight. Provide basic necessities to have 1 night sleep or rest. Overall, it's still more comfortable than capsule hotel that has lower privacy.
However, the free shuttle bus service between the hotel & KLIA2 could be inconvenient if don't plan well since the operating frequency is limited due to inconsistent need from the hotel guests. Overall, the price is worth the money.

AAnonymous UserJust landed from Miri and ransit here for a night before heading to PD. Turn out to be our JJCM stay because there's a lot of restaurant for you to choose. We booked non smoking twin room but was given deluxe queen room with a smell of ciggarate smoke. Asked the receptionist to change the room and we can change on the spot. Overall it was a nice stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is only about 15 minutes from the airport. There is a 24-hour restaurant right next door. The hotel was perfect for our overnight layover. They provided towels, soap, and bottled water. The room had an AC that worked lovely. The shower water was nice and hot. The staff was friendly and worked quickly. Even though I didn't use the airport pickup service from the hotel, I did inquire about it, and the price was much more reasonable than I paid on here. I would stay here again if I had another long layover.

KkyrienaMy 1st time staying here with my son. Affordable price for 2 nights. Chose this apartment because it's near to Hospital Putrajaya, visiting my niece warded there. Although the house looks like it's suitable for students not for family. I upgraded my room to a room with bathroom because the room with shared bathroom had no windows. There's a cctv in the living room area. There's also a mamak's restaurant near by if you want to eat before going back home. Overall it's ok because we only come back at night to sleep but not recommended for family.
