The hotel has complete facilities, there are separate toilets for bathing, shower gel shampoo, but no disposable toothbrushes and slippers. The slippers provided are not disposable. It is recommended to bring your own cups. Negative one has breakfast very intimate, milk juice slices bread eggs, Western breakfast is relatively simple. There are many restaurants nearby, the transportation is very convenient, many attractions can be walked, it is close to the Anguo Road subway station, and the distance from another subway station is also accepted. The only downside was that the sheets were not changed, and there was hair on the bed.

The room is well-equipped, but a little small. It is OK in Seoul and will be selected. It is more suitable for me. The room facilities are complete and the heating is very warm. It is a recommended hotel for traveling.

It was clean and nice, but I could hear noises and a little bit of wind because there was a gap in the window, but it was nice that there was a separate charger and the bathroom was big.
Check-in time was 8 o'clock, so I arrived at 8 o'clock.
But I don't know if it was a part-time job or the owner, but the young woman
Check-in is originally 10 o'clock, but Trip.com says 8 o'clock.
I felt bad the first time because I said something like, ”I can't do it, but I'll do it for you.”
Shouldn’t I learn a new way to speak to customer service?
The location is good, it's about 700 meters from COEX so it's suitable for walking.
Cleanliness... I think it's just acceptable. It feels a bit old.
The room is very spacious and quiet. The drinks in the refrigerator are free. There is a 711 convenience store downstairs, which makes life very convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station.
I had stayed in the Niagara Hotel for 3 days first and then another 3 days after a one day bike ride off Seoul in April 24. My pick on the hotel because it is very easy for me to enter into the comprehensive cycling networks in Seoul (and off Seoul). Another good point is that a subway station is within the walking distance from the hotel that I can pull my bike case along. Although the hotel only has a cafe at the lobby, there are local restaurants and convenience shops nearby; notwithstanding some homework in advance will be needed because menu in English is very rare in the city. Since all rooms of the hotel are facing in one direction, open and nice river views are provided for the rooms.

”While searching for accommodation near Gongdeok Station, I mistakenly booked a budget-friendly place and ended up staying for a night.
In conclusion, I think there's no hotel that matches this price range.
What could be more important than warmth in the cold winter? The room I stayed in had a cozy ondol (underfloor heating).
Additionally, warm water flowed generously during showers.
Considering the price, I believe it's unfair to compare other aspects with 4-5 star hotels.
I definitely have the intention to stay again next time.”

I love all facilities here. Staff support me when I need help about my baggage and all my question. I like fitness center that has full functions of exercise. Easy to walk to metropolitan rail transit (sinsa exit 5) and find convenience stores, restaurants & cafes around garosugil. My room has nice view. I will back here soon. :)

Outstanding
GGTCOxGreat location. Nice spacious room. Comfortable bed.
Strong shower. Thick and soft towels. Clean toilet. Regular round the clock room cleaning service.
The only drawback is that there is no hanging space for ironing my clothes even though a steamer iron is available.

JjeremylThe hotel is very clean and located within 3 minutes from the Anguk subway station. Staff even organized a trip to the Blue House and were very enthusiastic in making that trip a success
JJennieThe room is clean and spacious. The location is superb where all the shops are just downstairs and opposite hotel is the Michelin guide noodles shop. There is also a coin laundry area where we wash our clothes during our stay. Despite car can’t drive in as it’s located in Myeongdong shopping street, it’s just a 5 mins walk away from the main street. We will definitely stay in this hotel when go Seoul again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very new and clean, located near the the metro train station, especially the airport line, which is so convenient to commute between the airport.
The buffet breakfast is included, which should have nothing to complain, although the variety is limited and would be nice to see some Korean style breakfast.
Would consider this hotel for our next trip back to Korea.

AAnonymous UserLocation is more suitable for business travellers who want to work & commute in financial district, otherwise there’s not much to do in this whole area as it’s very hard to find a decent or simple eatery which opens near late night compared to living in Dongdaemun and Gangnam. Our room is located high and we can have a glance of the nearby buildings and overlooked further. They don’t provide full amenities compared to 2 other 5-stars hotels we had stayed in during this trip. So prep yourself with our necessary amenities like earbuds, combs, earplugs, sewing kits if needed in any case..
The hotel room is quite spacious and toilet is equipped with a bathtub which we didn’t get to utilise at all but my child had once because she wanted to play a bath bomb for 10 mins. Other items like ironing board, iron, Nespresso coffee machine, distilled water bottles, beverages and condiments, safe box, fridge were all provided.
And I find it quite troubling as there were too many ‘big-country’ tourists either staying in the hotel or those living in Seoul going to the Hyundai Seoul mall to buy luxury goods. And the entire mall is crazily flooded and packed with youngsters on the day of our check-in and the next day. Some came to window-shop while most others came in for food and perhaps after meals, to seek shelter and shield from the cold. You won’t be believed this you can’t even find a place to eat as all fast food eateries, snacks counters and restaurants were fully unavailable. There were basically long queues everywhere you go. Ended up my super famished poor child had to walk a long way with us & venture out in the cold to find any available restaurant to have our dinner.
International breakfast is served daily at L5 and the buffet spread is limited compared to the one we stayed & had in Dongdaemun. We had to pay additional 55,000KRW (SGD55) per day for our young child to dine in with us as her breakfast was not included in our accommodation package. I think it’s really too expensive and given that we always came down only at 9.30am and the breakfast stopped at 10am sharp. The food she always had was a small bowl of cereal, 4 small bite-sized hash-browns and a glass of milk only where she had to eat fast within 30mins before they closed for the day. For such price paid, it’s totally not worth it and we can’t avoid paying lesser despite they knew we only had 30 mins left to dine.
Overall the concierge service crews’ attitude and professionalism were excellent and Fairmont had the best staffs with great service i encountered during our 3 weeks stay across 3 different 5-stars hotels. I wished I will have another chance to stay here again but the price for each night is SGD450++, which is really expensive.

AaNNa SKLExperience Service Facilities We can leave our luggage at the lobby since we arrive early before the check-in time. The check-in process is very smooth, provided with the booking confirmation and passport verification. The location is very strategic and accessible to many POIs. They change the towels, replenish the toiletries, make up the bed, clean up the trash bin, and provide the free 2 drinking water bottles every day. The conditions in the room are good, and the lighting and temperatures are satisfactory. Since we checked out very early, we can just leave the room card keys at the front office counter at the lobby floor.

GGuest UserWonderful experience!
Comfortable stay, the room was neat and tidy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
One of the highlights of this hotel is its fantastic surrounding facilities. There's a CU right next to the hotel lobby, Also, the Hyundai department store is right in the same building is a great bonus for shopping. Plus, the Doota mall behind the hotel, providing even more options for late-night shopping until 12am!

AAmos KohPros:
- 5min walk from train station (exit 8)
- OliveYoung & Daiso is just a few minutes away
- Pharmacies & convenience stores are a few steps away from the hotel
- It is very near a popular shopping street
- Buses near the hotel can get you to several key places
- Staff are friendly and can understand a little English
- Free skincare samples from Dear Klair’s at the reception
- Washer + Dryer & Microwave on L2
Cons:
- It is an upslope from the train station exit
- only 1 pair of washer+dryer so you might need to queue up for a while to use it
- reception is at B1 instead of L1 (a little confusing)
- toothbrush and toothpaste are NOT provided

GGuest UserI love the place it’s far from every tourist places I wanted to visit .but bc of the people there it was great I meet a friends that is really kind and cute , the room are clean the only things that annoy is the water up the bathroom bc of the heat of water , and no windows in the bathroom , no elevator and you can’t book in the place you need to book in the internet
AAnonymous UserWe stayed here only for a few nights but there were moments which were a bit difficult. Check in was really easy and the staff was very kind.
When we got to the room it was kind of surprising tho. Washing machine was broken (but it had a big fridge which was a bit difficult to find at first). Surprisingly the room had a high ceiling and a second floor!
The bathroom has a glass door (but its milky glass so you cannot see through!!!!) but you could not lock up the door and there were small gaps next to the door which was a bit uncomfortable… i imagine it to be a bit awkward to travel with friends since everything can be heard outside of the bathroom. And the mirror had some interesting stains…
The bed could also be a bit difficult for people who cannot sleep on hard mattresses but i could sleep well. The pillows made kind of plastic sound when laying on it but also nothing too bad. There are no nightstands or outlets right next to the bed where you could easily charge your phone but across the room there were enough outlets!
Next to the bed was the big window where you could see the Namsan Tower which was very nice! But the windows were quite dirty and it was really cold because the windows did not isolate the cold outside very well (we stayed in February). Even when we closed the curtains it was a bit cold… The floor was pretty warm but since the room was so spacious it was difficult for the heating to warm up the room.
We got new towels everyday but one towel was a bit torn… trash also got thrown out everyday which was really nice.
Location was great! It was really close to line 2,3,4 and 5. And in the Lobby there was access to a kitchen which was very convenient.
