"It’s a very nice hotel with lots of shops surrounding. The only sad thing was the bed gave lots of squeaking noise and I requested the room to be decorated as we were newly married but it wasn’t decorated. Otherwise, the room was clean and tidy. Just be careful not to pay for any tourism tax at the counter as trip.com would have charged it into your payment during the booking itself. You can tell the receptionist that you have paid it at trip.com and show them the itemised receipt. The pic of the front view that they have uploaded in the website is not valid. It’s not the same when we went there."

"Quite new. Even 2storey this hotel have lift. Room quite small but practical. Comes with ID. Price can be cheaper with similar star as compared to KL, eg Puteri Ampang, Easy Hotel, Palm Inn all of them are stone away from Ampang Point shopping complex."

LLeeWendyWe really enjoy the stay, our first time here. It is very clean, quiet. Customer service was good too. A pity there's no rain shower in the bathroom, only the old shower type. No body lotion was provided but given upon request.
They serve welcome drinks and popcorn at a station next to the check in/out counters. Very convenient location connected directly to Paradigm Mall JB, has sufficient F&B and retail options, massage places, a cinema with different hall options and also an archery place. Very fun and nice place.

FFrostdan88We had a great stay at The Square Hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and came with two king-sized beds, perfect for families or groups. The location is excellent, with three shopping malls nearby, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. The room was very clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. What stood out most was the friendly and welcoming staff, who were always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in one place!

AangelxsongStayed for 2 nights, overall was ok. However towels were not clean and had stains on them. Bathtub were not super clean and hot water was not enough, basically filled up the tub with hot water but once it's full, it's room temperature.
Location was okay as there's a family mart right beside and a very nice cafe.

GGM YeaThe hotel is very near Sutera Mall, and all kinds of eateries. My room happened to face the mask and I had a wistful time watching the fireworks on New Year's day. But the Aircon started to leak and wet the floor on the second night which is dangerous to old couple like me.

GGuest UserThe competition location is nearby, so I chose a hotel close to it. The competition time was changed, and my child’s event was rescheduled earlier. While I understand that changing the time is not allowed, I accepted that due to possible discounts. However, they also required that I could not stay in the same room for two nights, which is really frustrating. This meant I had to check out the next day, leaving my suitcase at the front desk, and then check into a different room in the afternoon, which is somewhat inconvenient. The location is convenient, and it's fine for a simple night's sleep, but it wasn't very comfortable

AafiqaliyaFrequently stay here due to its location in Skudai & near to Senai airport. Decent hotel, clean room & toilet. However, no toothbrush & toothpaste provided. Each time I stay here (different rooms) always encounter problem with their water pressure (sink & shower) and leaking in toilet. The sound of pipe leakage at night really disturbing. Nevertheless the staff is responsive & putting efforts to accommodate guest needs.
