"The hotel is clean, welcoming and staff are friendly. The check in was breezy and room is just as in pictures, cozy and tidy. The breakfast was hearty and staff serving the breakfast are always smiley with such warmth and enthusiasm to assist. The parking is somewhat confusing and is not complimentary, hotel guests are charged RM6/entry. The hotel is connected to Paradigm Mall and it’s easy to access. The location is in the midst of the busy Skudai Highway and the traffic going and coming to this place can be a little unbearable but the stay itself was good."
"This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I arrived at the hotel around 10 PM, feeling exhausted after a nearly 7-hour journey from Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru. To make things worse, the shower room was clogged right after the first person used it. I also noticed that the toilet and the shower share the same pipe and the plumbing is very terrible design.
We called housekeeping, but they were unable to fix the issue. That night, we had to use the toilet and shower in another double-bed room on the same floor, just two or three doors down from ours. They promised that maintenance would come the next day to fix it.
Last but not least, although the toilet issue was eventually resolved, the TV in our room wasn’t working. Because of this, the kids couldn’t enjoy watching the cartoon channels, which was quite disappointing."
"Only skinny people will be able to pass through the between the column and toilet to the other side of bed. Noise nuisance by the other room. Intermittent loud screams non stop from 5am onward. Believe that the other guests have complain but the hotel seem like never take any action at all. This show that the room insulation is not good enough."
"Great stay! The water pressure in the shower was excellent and we never had an issue finding a parking spot. The only downside was that the entryway/foyer is quite small, which made bringing in our luggage a bit tight."
"Bring team to JB Side Visit, cosy Local hotel and warm service levels, spruce Local Coffee & Half Boiled egg & Toast complement to made travellers having a simple breakfast."
"modern and stylish the hotel was for its price point. It’s a hidden gem that offers great value, especially for a short weekend getaway. The interior decor has a chic, contemporary feel—definitely more “boutique hotel” than budget. The room was clean, nicely designed, and had a cozy vibe. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was stable throughout my stay.
The location is quite convenient too"
"For a 3-star hotel, it checked the boxes for functionality.
The lobby was spacious and comfy, and the little extras like the internet corner and drinks vending machine are nice. The room was clean and layout practical. I liked that the toilet was separated from the shower, and the mattress was firm enough. They also provided the usual two complimentary bottles of water.
A few wrinkles, however. The a/c unit is dated (but at least not cranky) - the vane swing didn't work, and the lumpy pillows were definitely past their prime. While no one expects luxury at this tier, a minor investment in new pillows would make a big difference, but overall, it was a practical stay."
"The hotel is well located in a vibrant area of bar and restaurant. The downside is the restaurant toilet is showing cracks. The bed was also too hard. Which made the stay rather uncomfortable."

BBeeZMumChrisLocation is excellent. Near to everything.
Park car infront of hotel.
We stay on the top floor facing inside so it is quiet.
However ceiling is mouldy, I think the roof probably leak during heavy rain. So better don't go for top floor. Otherwise, all else we're value for money.
MMOHAMAD HAFIZ BIN ISMAILI recently stayed at the during my trip to Ulu Tiram. The hotel's location was perfect. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's amenities, were well-maintained and enjoyable to use. Overall, my stay at the was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
WWONGARTThis hotel has no staff at the front desk, but it features a self check-in and check-out kiosk system computer, which is very convenient, simple, fast, and easy to use. There are free hot and cold water dispensers in the hallway. If you're looking for a simple, affordable overnight stay, I highly recommend this hotel.
GgohdericThe breakfast was Okay. I like their coffee black. Car park is quite secure but need a ram or lift for senior citizens
TV programs should have more.
MMs FendiI recently stayed at Redpine Boutique Hotel for a short getaway, and overall, I had a fantastic experience but sadly theres no refrigerator in the hotel room. Location wise, it is very convenient. Theres a 24h minimart and other convenient stores that closes at midnight. Hope to come back and have a refrigerator installed in the room next time😁
PPangSaiZuaThere are alot of eateries and restaurants nearby. Small and decent room. The toilet is big with awesome rain shower.
However, the 2nd floor surface area is not even. Walk with caution. The door locking also seems to be outdated using physical key. Otherwise a very decent stay and walking distance to Sutera mall (less than 10min)
TThongThis time I visited here because the light and power point was out of order, so I had to charge my hp at the lobby, so back to the bed, only sleep early.
