The location of the hotel was relatively pleasant - close to eateries, convenience stores, pharmacies, and only a 20-minute drive from JPO. The hotel team's service was not too bad. They were friendly, as helpful as they can be given that they needed to make do with the product they were working in, and responsive. Though, there was one of them who was a trainee that didn't have any sense of being helpful whatsoever during my check-in. I booked a family room (x1 queen bed + x1 single) and a deluxe double (x1 queen bed) for the long weekend. Both rooms smelled funky, like it hasn't been occupied for a while. The windows were dusty, there were minor dirt stains around the edges of the sink head, the sink and the corners of the mirrors and not to mention the clog in the shower's outlet. The 'table' that was provided had black dirt stains at its slits and nooks. The double deluxe room that my parents were in apparently didn't have a window even. Not too sure if it was because we were there for a public holiday weekend, but I would expect my room to be made up with amenities like the shower gel and shampoo topped up for a 3D2N stay. Though, we were brought some when we called the reception. The air-conditioning in my room was very noisy, but at this point I was lucky that it was working and wasn't leaking. The banging of doors in the mornings were unbearable. It sounded like someone decided to open the room doors and left them to close by themselves on purpose. Oh, did I mention the WiFi? Well, it was pretty much non-existent. We tried to connect to a few of them a few times and it either says ”unable to connect” or ”incorrect password” and I'm sure it was the right password because they got it printed on their keycards. We made a call to the reception, and they were helpful with getting the connection to stabilize again and made sure to call me once it has. But it didn't last long. When they say free parking, they're not wrong. The fact that the hotel is made up of shop lots, parking is minimal in front of the hotel and it usually gets packed at breakfast and during dinner time. So I'd suggest either walking around that area or taking a Grab if you'd need to go a little further away from the hotel or risk losing your spot. In summary: 1. Not-to-bad location. Eateries nearby, convenient. 2. Hotel team is helpful 3. Rooms were horrendous 4. Definitely NOT returning.

I booked single bed, but they did free upgrade for me to queen size bed, thank you! Surprisingly the bed, mattress and pillows is very new and comfy for this great price. Had a night sleep there. There’s watsons, massage, convenient store and a lot of eateries nearby. I advise everyone bring their own toiletries, there’s shower gel dispenser in each shower cubicle but it’s not refilled and it’s super diluted.

The hotel is located at one end of the Sutera Mall area. However, it is nearer to the few karaoke places and massage area that we like to visit. Less noisy compare to the other hotels. Is good for family of four. Although this round we went, we found ants on the floor. Hope the hotel can do proper cleaning.

Location of the hotel nearby to many amenities. The room was small and towel provided was not a standard hotel towel, looks like a cheap towel. Hope management can improve.

Room that was assigned to us was dirty upon entering, hair, wrappers on the the floors. Requested for a change of room. Overall the room looks dirty due to the flooring design. Experience was very meh, will not come back

Nearest to UTM to attend my son convocation. Strategic located

The room is awesome and also cleaning wise need to ask the front desk . Cleaner saw the tag but didn't clean the room after few hours out on the second day . Overall it was great . On the last night we heard the door banged we were both scared to open the door， watch out for the rooms being knocked at night . It was pretty awesome but the walls are thin so can hear the neighbours around u even sneezing 🤧Price list if u go there

we stayed 3 days 2 nights. overall is ok. We take the buffet package for net RM35 2 persons too. the facilities are good. kid enjoy the pool a lot. Just the room may need arrange some deep clean at the hidden corner.

Good Day I was staying in Kesihatan Campus Hostel...for 2 night .. Is really really Dirty and unhygienic as well.... Really Food is very very Small portion..!! Please don't ever stay in there.. I Pay for 10 days Rm 1000...is really really such different.. Room is totally unclean.. Also toilet and bathroom.. Also very very Dirty...... Pay the difference is RM500.. Millesime Hotels 3 star in JB per night is RM 150 net = 1500 for 10 days Qurentin.. Is clean and Comfortable pay extra for RM 500 only Hostel Campus per night is RM 100.nett = 1000 for 10 days Qurentin... No Tv.. No towel... And is so DAM DIRTY as Well... FOR ALL THE PEOPLE FROM SINGAPORE TO JB FOR QURENTIN... PLEASE DON'T NEVER EVER CHOOSE HOSTEL CAMPUS.... YOU WILL DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED...... TRUST ME... The Third day I was arrived at noon at Millesime Hotel in JB.. The Lunch they served is SUPERB and DELIOUS... Too And the food is Warm.. Good Job 👍 Four days my Breakfast was okay... La of course definitely better than the Hostel campus Food there... The at the Millesime Hotel JB services was so so only.... I think this Millesime Hotel has been operating for Four Years for now... My suggestion needs to do Alot Alot of Touch up in the Room.. In every area.. Previously the construction work... Didn't did well in the construction site ... I hope they can improve of this Millesime Hotel in JB. But the F&B Manager Mr Shah was very kindhearted and caring person and he trying to do best what the customer requirements... In any way he is trying to Fulfilled customers needs all the time..... Sometimes he also will arrange something very special Lunch for customers... Or sometimes also giving the customer Surprise wether in Lunch or Dinner.
