DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport Reviews

We have had a good experience with Double tree Hilton Regina but not this one. The room was small (one queen bed) with the drawer half open despite trying to close several times in the night (sounds greekpy). We were too tired and scared about this open/close drawer in the room. We will not come back to this hotel anymore.

Always a pleasant stay in this hotel. I’ve stayed there twice (one time with my husband and the other time alone) and each time they are very accommodating. The hotel is very big, and the hot tub was open during winter. I liked how the staff let me check in a few hours early with upgrading my room for only $10. The hotel does have an old style, which may put off some people but it doesn’t bother me.

Nice and comfortable airport hotel. Location is tremendous, as it’s near to SEA airport, with lots of food venues around. A complimentary airport shuttle is available. The shuttle departs every thirty minutes to the airport, at :00 and :30. Exceptionally kind and helpful staff at the hotel, however, one specific shuttle driver was extremely rude and unbothered. I did not catch his name. Didn’t bother helping me with my suitcases and at the airport didn’t bother taking out my suitcases either. Also the shuttle departed full, so some passengers had to stand. Rooms were very clean, but a bit outdated. Since the hotel is big, there are two fitness facilities available, very convenient. I had a 1 bed queen room with a balcony, which is a nice touch. I would stay again, if staying near SEA airport.

Great location with good service. If you are taking the shuttle from the airport- head to level 3 of the parking garage and stay at 3A to wait for the shuttle.

Perfect for an overnight stay in Seattle with a shuttle to airport. Room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable, ok water pressure and temp, working heater (staying during winter). Restaurant prices are insane even for just a salad so don’t eat there. Major downfall was how cold the hallways are, it makes no sense and makes the room cold. I’ve never set a heater past 70 degrees but I had to and ended up with sinus issues. I wouldn’t recommend to stay during winter months unless the price is low.

Conveniently located near SEATAC, with free shuttle service every 30 minutes. Rooms are older and need updating, but the rooms are spacious, have balconies, and there are 2 separate sinks, which is nice. We called the front desk for extra bars of soap and they were delivered to our room within 10 minutes! And it's always nice to have warm cookies. Only downside is that the food is pricey ($3 for bottled water) and no free breakfast.

Overall hotel is nice and rooms are spacious and have balcony's, the incidental charge I'm not a fan of $50 per night. The rooms have no fridge or microwave can order them for $20 and $15 dollars (although time before this they didn of't charge us) Restaurant is way over priced and room only had one towel. Overall it's not a bad place to stay just $ adds up with all charges parking is $30+ tax

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and always had a great stay until this time.Always stayed in the tower part of the hotel was great,this time stayed in an older part of the hotel ,the room smelled of mildew and mold glasses in the room were dirty,very dated and worn out .Still like the hotel for the fact it's great convenience of Access to SeaTac airport.Great staff very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location as it was only 5-10mins drive from SEA airport. The hotel shuttle comes every 30mins. Shuttle pickup location at the airport was easy to find, the challenge is flagging down the driver since there is no designated point. All hotel shuttles are at the same location and you just need to constantly look out for the right shuttle and wave to the driver.

Decent hotel with nice views. Thought it was a pity we only stayed for one night!

Check in was quick and easy. They have a shuttle to and from the airport which is very convenient although the airport is not very far. The room was very clean but a pretty far walk from the front desk.

The location was super convenient to the Sea-Tac airport. They have shuttle service to/from the airport every half hour. It was easy to walk to the airport the next morning. Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. The shower had excellent water pressure with a Speakman shower head. We had a room with a balcony, but it had a lot of cobwebs and overlooked a swamp pond. There were no chairs out there, but it didn’t feel safe being out there- like the balcony would collapse. The front desk staff were nice. Fairly basic amenities. I would consider staying here again.

What a weird hotel. Got in at 2am from a late flight. There was a Karen screaming at the front desk people about the color of the airport pickup bus. Instead of letting the manager deal with that to the side it took up the whole counter so we all waited for her to run out of air. In the morning I went to the restaurant which apparently closes at 10am. Seems kind of early but whatever. The lunch restaurant doesn't open till 11am. The server and hostess were both kind of rude when I was surprised that they closed at 10, I got in at 2am and I got there as early as I could. Seems like they could have a little overlap? The coffee counter had a bunch of options but they were all premade and loaded with dairy. I have a dairy allergy so that wasn't an option. The hotel itself has an odd layout with many different wings. It's kind of outdated but okay for a us hotel. I'd call it 3 stars at best. One of the better hotels for the SeaTac area, which isn't a high bar. Over all it was okay. With a few common sense changes it could be a lot better.
