Mixed feelings here, customer service at the front desk was stellar, they also offer a free shuttle to the airport thays available 24 hours. The rooms were comfortable but there were some downsides. No mini fridge in the room was a bit of an annoyance but not a deal breaker, not sure if thats the standard or if i just arrived when they were replacing them. The room cleanliness needs some work, the bathtub drain was slow and there was hair on the shower wall that looked suspiciously like pubes, not impressed with that. But, the beds were comfortable and the Thai restaurant downstairs had some pretty good food, a little over priced but when you're only in Seattle for a night you're paying for the convenience. I'd stay here again but I'd really hope they figure out how to clean a bathroom.

Perfect place if / when accommodation is needed near Sea - Tac Airport. This hotel is very near and the complimentary shuttle service provided is operated by a really kind & helpful Larry . Junita at reception was also patient and nice ; the room was large & spacious , with an extremely comfortable king - sized bed + more than ample fluffy pillows ! Plus the gas fireplace in the lobby was a really nice touch . I would certainly recommend this hotel to any traveller wanting a good rest . Thumbs up !!

We missed our flight so was thankful for 24 hour airport shuttle service. Hotel was clean and comfortable bed. Staff was nowhere to be found though the next morning so missed our To Go breakfast they promised the night before as we headed to the airport at 4:30 am.

Nice and comfortable airport hotel. Location is tremendous, as it’s near to SEA airport, with lots of food venues around. A complimentary airport shuttle is available. The shuttle departs every thirty minutes to the airport, at :00 and :30. Exceptionally kind and helpful staff at the hotel, however, one specific shuttle driver was extremely rude and unbothered. I did not catch his name. Didn’t bother helping me with my suitcases and at the airport didn’t bother taking out my suitcases either. Also the shuttle departed full, so some passengers had to stand. Rooms were very clean, but a bit outdated. Since the hotel is big, there are two fitness facilities available, very convenient. I had a 1 bed queen room with a balcony, which is a nice touch. I would stay again, if staying near SEA airport.

Next to the airport, it is 200-300 meters to walk. You can drag your suitcase and walk for 5 minutes, or you can wait for the shuttle. The only thing to note is that check-in is free after 2 pm. We didn't know in advance. We arrived at the hotel at 12:42 and gave an extra $20 for early check-in. There are far fewer takeaways here than downtown. The little brother who checked out the next day was not bad, so he let us take the shuttle and left. The bedding is good, the room is big enough, and the takeaway will be delivered directly to the door of the room.

The people at the reception desk were very nice and helpful. The room wasn't fancy, but I was only staying one night. I just needed a place to shower, sleep, and repack my bags. I like that it was close to the airport. There is a 7-11 up the road for a wider variety of snacks.

We stayed two nights and were super pleased with the friendly staff, the modern rooms with comfy beds and clean all around. The breakfast was nice and a great start to the day. Their airport shuttle dropped us off at the airport for the short walk to the light rail to ride into the city for a day of exploring. He told us where to meet back up at days end and voila, he was there to take us back to the motel. Couldn't have been better, it was perfect. This Inn was recommended by previous stay couple and it was spot on. Highly recommend as well.

Shuttle was at curb when I arrived, no wait. Several airlines use the hotel for employee layovers - therefore the shuttle is easy and frequent. I did mobile check in - hotel is a bit of a maze when you first arrive. I suggest in person check in for this reason so you can get some directions. I was on the second floor (lobby level) and walked in a large square to find my room which was actually very close to the front desk. Room was great, Marriott standard with all expected amenities. Room service was good and prompt. Concierge lounge was nice and had good evening hor'doerves and a standard Marriott breakfast. Had lunch in the restaurant - good service and food. Gym was adequate but I did not see a Peloton bike. Shuttle back to airport was quick - I waited about 5 minutes. Solid experience.

The Aloft hotels are always small, but practical and reasonably priced. This hotel is no different- good rooms, handy store, and a relaxing lobby. Staff at the desk are good as well Only issue is the hotel shuttle - waited at the airport for an hour and it didn't show up. I gave up - it doesn't run on a regular schedule but if you need to call to be picked up, this needs to be communicated better. The SFO shuttle was better as it was shared with another hotel but always ran every 15 min, so you knew one would be there soon. If that is sorted, I would stay again.

Wow - summer of 2022 all the Sea Tac hotels are crazy expensive. We didn't feel like spending 200 bucks for a room for one night, so found a ”deal” ($109) here. The room was tired and some furniture was broken. There was no elevator. We had to rise early to catch a flight but the shuttle doesn't start until 7 AM. Luckily, it is a 15 minute or so walk to the terminal. Was it clean? Sort of. One thing that was new and in very good working order was the air conditioner/fan and that was much appreciated. We asked for a 5 AM wake up call and it never came but of course we set alarms on our phones.

There is a toll-free number on the station to pick up the corresponding number of your hotel to connect to the front desk. It is very convenient. The hotel has an old elevator. It should be a shop opened by Indians. The service is invisible. You can't see it but enjoy it. The microwave oven and TV room are all equipped. The nearby Angel Lake and Park can walk. Silver Dollar Casino can only be used. Blackjack, it is said that the bar is more appropriate, it is very convenient to take the light rail bus.

We arrived very late and my partner was feeling quite sick. We asked them to change our room for one with two beds and they did so and we’re very sympathetic. I had to ask for an extra blanket and the night shift woman went to the laundry room immediately to get one. I know that others have had problems with this hotel but my experience, thanks to one night-shift clerk, was excellent.

For early flight, it is good to choose here. Convenience. Our language is unreasonable and our communication is successful. And the airport was sent at 4 o'clock in the morning. There is no place to pull up your car to check in. Once I managed to get inside, the person at the counter didn't greet me. She was extremely unfriendly and robotic. She didn't even wish me a good stay - just rudely dismissed me by calling the next person in line. We were four people with two rooms. One set of our keys didn't work, and when I went to tell her, she acted like it was my fault. Room service was adequate and the restaurant staffer on the phone was nice. The rooms were clean, but the climate control was extremely noisy - as were the other guests upstairs and in the hall. We could hear traffic outside (we were on the 2nd floor). The king bed and the pillows were comfortable. The pool was pretty small and not that deep. Overall, I was not impressed with this hotel. It was close to the airport, and that's why we chose to stay there. The location was convenient when we had to make a very early flight out.

For early flight, it is good to choose here. Convenience. Our language is unreasonable and our communication is successful. And the airport was sent at 4 o'clock in the morning. Mixed feelings here, customer service at the front desk was stellar, they also offer a free shuttle to the airport thays available 24 hours. The rooms were comfortable but there were some downsides. No mini fridge in the room was a bit of an annoyance but not a deal breaker, not sure if thats the standard or if i just arrived when they were replacing them. The room cleanliness needs some work, the bathtub drain was slow and there was hair on the shower wall that looked suspiciously like pubes, not impressed with that. But, the beds were comfortable and the Thai restaurant downstairs had some pretty good food, a little over priced but when you're only in Seattle for a night you're paying for the convenience. I'd stay here again but I'd really hope they figure out how to clean a bathroom.

The Aloft hotels are always small, but practical and reasonably priced. This hotel is no different- good rooms, handy store, and a relaxing lobby. Staff at the desk are good as well Only issue is the hotel shuttle - waited at the airport for an hour and it didn't show up. I gave up - it doesn't run on a regular schedule but if you need to call to be picked up, this needs to be communicated better. The SFO shuttle was better as it was shared with another hotel but always ran every 15 min, so you knew one would be there soon. If that is sorted, I would stay again.

The old hotel next to the airport has very old facilities, poor cleanliness, and a thick layer of dust on the air-conditioning outlet. If you are not catching a plane, it is recommended not to choose.

The room is clean and spacious , with the essentials amenities which are very good. There is a microphone inside the room for us to heat up the food , so convenient. One little downside is that the house keeping need to be informed 1 day ahead for making up our room which there is no sign telling us this information. But the housekeeping did a great job on room make up though.

There is no place to pull up your car to check in. Once I managed to get inside, the person at the counter didn't greet me. She was extremely unfriendly and robotic. She didn't even wish me a good stay - just rudely dismissed me by calling the next person in line. We were four people with two rooms. One set of our keys didn't work, and when I went to tell her, she acted like it was my fault. Room service was adequate and the restaurant staffer on the phone was nice. The rooms were clean, but the climate control was extremely noisy - as were the other guests upstairs and in the hall. We could hear traffic outside (we were on the 2nd floor). The king bed and the pillows were comfortable. The pool was pretty small and not that deep. Overall, I was not impressed with this hotel. It was close to the airport, and that's why we chose to stay there. The location was convenient when we had to make a very early flight out.
