Very unfriendly staff, extremely uncomfortable mattress and pillows, overall unpleasant stay. Good location though.

This hotel is dirty, the staff is extremely rude, they wont even make an attempt to help. I arrived at 12pm, and had an early tour of the castle, so I asked if my bags could be held and was practically laughed at. Then, the staff is nowhere to be seen when anything is needed. Stay ANYWHERE but this place if you even slightly value your money or time.

welcome to the hotel of flies and rude staff. You just have to be brown to observe their rudeness !! Breakfast was served - but we wanted to cancel it immediately after looking at hundreds of flies sitting on our food. (We managed to cancel for 2nd day). To be honest - go to Hotel Muller schwangau instead - they are not racist and you ll pay maybe 20 euros more / night but you will get amazing food. Clean and bigger rooms.. friendly staff. If you have no choice but to stay here - paint yourself white and dont eat anything from this hotel 😒

Make sure you get the room with the mountain view. The view to die for. The room was good size, nice bathroom with a tub and a balcony with the mountain view. You even could see a castle from the balcony. The restaurant down stairs is nothing to enjoy. flies were all over. May be food was good but... Parking is free and available but poorly organized. The reception lady was nice but not overly friendly.

Bedbugs everywhere!!! One of the worst experiences ever. No overnight staff so it was almost impossible to get a hold of the manager to get a different room. No apology!!! Manager blamed the bedbugs on the "Chinese guests"!!!

Konnten wegen Krankheit nicht anreisen und es wurde der volle Preis von der Kreditkarte abgebucht, das passiert noch nicht einmal bei den großen Hotelketten. Wir hatten 2 Tage vorher angefragt aber auf die Anfrage erst am Anreisetag eine Antwort erhalten. Storno nicht möglich!

Das Hotel ist leider vom Mobiliar ist völlig übrtaltet und abgeranzt. Zimmer mit Balkon, direkt an der Hauptverkehrstraße, zu laut, nachte zwar etwas weniger aber Fenster offen geht nicht. Die Chefin selbst mag wohl ihren Job nicht, sie warceinfach nicht freundlich oder herzlich. Wir waren mit Hund in einem mega kleinen Zimmer und einem mega kleinem Badezimmer ohne Duschkopfhalterung, ebenso alt. 170 Euro...halt preisleistung passt nicht!

Afschuwelijke nacht beleefd. Wij kwamen na sluitingstijd van de receptie aan bij het hotel. De sleutel van onze kamer zou worden klaargelegd. Wij hebben twee uur lang gezocht maar deze niet kunnen vinden. De manager was niet te bereiken. Uiteindelijk kwam om half 3 ‘s nachts toevallig een medewerkster van het hotel voorbij lopen. Zij heeft ons geholpen. We konden pas tegen half 4 gaan slapen omdat ze kennelijk waren vergeten de sleutel neer te leggen. We hebben gepoogd contact te krijgen met Katharina maar die laat niks van zich horen. Geen compensatie en zelfs geen reactie. Schandalig. Bijna voor €104 in de auto moeten slapen, uiteindelijk drie uurtjes in een hotel.

Das Hotel war überbucht. Statt eines Balkonzimmers wollte man mir ein Zimmer ohne Balkon geben. Man war nicht zum Preisnachlass bereit. Man war nicht bereit ein alternatives Balkonzimmer anzubieten. Man suchte den Fehler nicht bei sich, sondern beim Buchungsportal. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war sehr träge, auf die meisten Schreiben hat man nicht oder mit grosser Verzögerung geantwortet. Nie wieder.
