This hotel is always my preferred hotel near the hotel and it makes my transition so smooth. The bed is huge and very comfortable and the rooms are always very clean. Only thing I miss is a mini bar just to keep something chilled or cool. The TV channel lay out is a bit strange as well as normally you start with all Dutch channels followed by International channels. Love the light setting options and the sound proofing is great, you won’t hear any planes and give you a great rest before a long flight.

This was the second time I visited the Netherlands and the second time I stayed at this hotel as my first stay was in 2017. I will not hesitate to stay there again when I visit the Netherlands in the future. The hotel made my trip in the Netherlands more enjoyable. Thank you to the Turkish receptionist. She was helpful. There are way better hotels around the airport. We were a family of 3 traveling, and so we booked a room for 3. When we arrived in the room, the sofa bed was out, but there were no sheets in it. We called reception to get sheets. A lady came and made the bed. But only when she had left we realized she hadn't put a cover in the bed. We called again and somehow came with a cover. When it was time to have a shower, there were only 2 towels (and by the way, no small towels at all). For a third time, we had to call, and this time, ask them for a towel. The bathroom was pretty old and rundown. There was a big carack on the floor, painting coming off in the shower and mold stains. Apart from that, the room and bathroom were spacious. The next day, we left in the morning and came back at 5 pm. The room had still not been cleaned, so we called reception to get it done. Straight after that, we left. When we came back later, someone had been there to clean. There were clean towels, but they had also left the dirty ones. What's more, they hadn't cleaned the bathroom floor. Dogs are welcome, so that's a big plus. And there's a beautiful grassy area with a pond, just beside the hotel. Perfect for walking them. Parking is available but it's rather expensive. We wanted to do a late check-out in the afternoon, as we had two dogs and a boy with us. It would have been much easier for them to stay in the hotel while we were doing our business in Amsterdam until 4 pm. So we called around midnight and asked reception if it would be possible to check out at that time, at an extra cost. She said it depends if the hotel is fully booked, in which case we can't and that we have to call back at 7.30am. So at 7.30, we called and were told that they are fully booked so impossible to get a late check-out. Which means that between midnight and 7.30 in the morning, they got fully booked... I suppose it's possible, but it felt more like they were not willing to help. The boy and the dogs spent their day waiting for us in a café. I wouldn't go back to this hotel as we had a bad experience. We expected better from Radisson.

This is the excellent hotel with good location, service and super breakfast. We definitely come back again.

Modern hotel very close to the airport.Ideal for overnight transit. The is no need to get a taxi or shuttle.Exit the terminal and follow the covered walkway for 500 metres. The hotel exit is on the left after Sheraton Hotel exit. Check in and out was fast. Room was big and clean. Very well insulated. No noise from aircrafts. Highly recommended.

Frequent shuffle bus! Clean and stylish hotel! It’s perfect for transit flight stay. Comfortable and convenient!

My flight was delayed so I missed the connection and thankfully stayed just one night. No toiletries (just soap) or hair dryer in the room. I asked for a hair dryer to warm up the room, but all were given away. The toilet was clean the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, but the heating was off and ventilation impossible to turn off, even though it was 14c outside and raining. The rooms are small but have the basics. The front desk has vending machines with sandwiches, snacks, hot and cold and drinks, and the breakfast is 11€. Hotel doesn’t accept cash and my Union pay card did not work, and my Mastercard was blocked so I spent the night without food or water. The free shuttle was on time (goes every 10-15min), and takes less than 10min to reach Schiphol airport, but it was crowded. On my way to the hotel I took a taxi and paid it 23€ because it was night and very cold and I had no clothes since my luggage was kept at the airport. The receptionists were kind but always very busy because obviously many flights get delayed. I would never stay here but this was an emergency and the hotel is 5,3km from the terminal.

Everything is great for ibis hotel, however, electricity supply shut down for almost 30 minutes at night. It is quite speechless that the shuttle bus service is not on time in the morning. Both situation are without a explanation. But anyway, the hotel is great except for these 2 surprising issues.

The room is relatively new, the bedding is clean, the breakfast is rich, the service attitude is good but the efficiency is very low. It is far from the airport, but the hotel has a shuttle bus that goes to and from the airport every half an hour, which is very convenient. There are no supermarkets, restaurants, etc. around the hotel, which is not very convenient.

I booked a twin room, but when I arrived I was given an apartment. I was only staying 24 hours, so it seemed unnecessary. The room was big and relatively clean. There had clearly been spill on the bed side table. There were several small insects by the bathroom, and the head board was either wiped in one spot with wax or was dirty from hair oils. The late night check in was not quite helpful, but the day time staff was incredibly kind and helpful.
