I had a very pleasant stay at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient—just a one-minute walk from the airport, which makes it perfect for travelers with early flights or short layovers.
The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming. The service was excellent, with staff who were consistently helpful, friendly, and attentive to guests’ needs.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The hotel offers a good Western breakfast with a variety of options, all fresh and satisfying.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service right next to the airport.

I'm not sure why, but I've seen many Westerners check in as early as 10 or 11 AM. However, when I, as a Chinese person, tried to check in, I was told I had to wait until 3 PM. I don't understand why there's a difference.

Hotel was easy to access from arrivals. Staff were very accommodating at reception. The room was quite spacious and clean. We had a very late arrival and early departure but enjoyed a few drinks in the lounge before retiring. Very pleasant experience.

The frontdesk customer service manager Andreea is courteous and have good knowledge on the jobs. Our booking will complicated and She help us to secure the same room for multiple booking forvthe 4 nights stay.

The staff at checked in counter was not very friendly. We booked club rooms with lounge access but on checking in, the access card key was not properly done to allow access. Luckily, the staff at the Lounge helped with the access. No instructions was given on the venue of the breakfast.
