Nice and location is good, and clean

Again, breakfast is not good enough choice. Location is good, service is good, but cleaning room service needs to be improved. Overall the service is good and staff is nice.

The staff was fabulous, food was really good, and the place was clean! A great location in Schaumburg! Close to everything!! The room was really nice… Only things were that the fridge was noisy at times and the shower occasionally made noises… The fridge didn’t wake us at all though, so we didn’t really mind… The pool was smaller than expected and closed for maintenance/cleaning on a Sunday morning, which I didn’t think was the best timing. Kids were bummed of course as we didn’t get to use them and it’s one of the reasons I picked this hotel… Overall, we would still choose to stay here again should we come back to Schaumburg area…

I chose the property for its location. I was disappointed that there were not dining options outside of the breakfast. Fortunately the staff were accomodating and extraordinary. Latrina who was handling the bar was an absolute star! Her personality made the quiet lobby a party in no time! The bed and bedding were very good and appreciated. The bathroom was strangely lacking in places for hanging towels but otherwise, my stay was most agreeable.

I personally enjoyed the location. Everything was within the hotel, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. It was also nice they had a sauna. The room could have been cleaner. And the room was a little run down.

The staff was great, very friendly and the room was just what we needed!! Will use this hotel from now on when we visit the area!!!

Thought the place was great. Tons of room. It was 3 of us and with the pullout couch it was absolutely perfect. It was also great having a little kitchen complete with a full size fridge, sink, microwave and oven. I will say though I was a bit disappointed that the microwave didn’t work. Another downfall was the hot tub looked like it need the filter changed. Decent breakfast spread and there’s a lot of shopping and restaurants in the area. Would def recommend anyone stay here. It wasn’t perfect but for the price point it would be hard to beat.

Great location, very spacious room. Good value for the $ spent. I would definitely stay here again.

It was easy going for me and my fsmily we felt pretty safe around these area and also we got some great food around there.

Bedding is down comforters and pillows. Just would have been nice to know that before going to bed with a tired kid who is allergic.

They need to pay more attention to details. Box of food (donuts) was left from previous person open on top of refrigerator with half eaten food in it. I reported it to the front desk and they said it must have been an oversight and brushed it off like it was no big deal....ughhh...sorry wrong answer.

This property needs renovation asap. In its current condition you cannot keep operating this property as it will ruin HYATT’s brand value. Please close this for renovation.
