The Convention Center and hotel are set in beautifully landscaped grounds, with acres of free parking. The decor in the public spaces is elegant, comfortable, and timeless. Digital check-in worked flawlessly and we had no need to speak to staff during our stay, using the digital key in the Marriot app to access the room. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Our disappointment started at around 1am, with a persistent vibration in the walls of the bathroom, loud enough to wake us. Fortunately it only lasted for 15 minutes or so. When we took our showers the next morning we thought at first there was no hot water, but after around 5 or 6 minutes the tepid stream became slowly warmer - and the nooise in the walls returned in earnest! At one point the pipe noise exceeded 72 Db according to my phone, and changed depending on how we had the tub faucet set. The vibration through the walls was fairly intense!

I will always remember the talk we had. You helped me plan my trip nearby and find the best restaurants in the area. Courtney, the front desk host was the kindest and most accommodating I've experienced in a long time, maybe ever. The level of service at this hotel is outstanding. I am considering staying at this company more often simply due to the employees. I hope it's the same at all of them. The rooms are simple, condo style. They have everything you need and I didn't experience any issues. The pool, grill, basketball and breakfast areas are all clean and well managed. Breakfast was sooo good!!! Courtney was the highlight of my stay here!!

Breakfast is not bad, there is a free dinner from Monday to Wednesday. The parking lot is plentiful and free. The hotel is located in the rich area, the environment is good, the security is good, more than 30 kilometers away from the city. I can cook for myself, especially for taking children.

This hotel has several important points: 1- Located in Schaumburg, close to Chicago's Ohare Airport. 2- Free parking. 3- Quiet place. 4- Large bedrooms 5- Free breakfast, good, tasty. 6- Excellent value for money 7- Access by free way to Chicago or Aurora 8- Mall nearby 9- Very comfortable and large bed All of this ceases to be important when he asks for help from the administrator Mrs. Balli, delicate, kind and ready to help woman. If you want a bigger surprise, meet Bianca, she is friendly and always attends to you immediately with a smile and efficiency. All staff members are very kind.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the parking is very convenient and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is not bad. There are many families with children. A credit card pre-payment of USD 50 deposit is required before check-in and will be returned after departure.

The room is okay, suitable for business

Aside from the noisy garbage truck early on a Monday morning, it was great! Comfy beds, clean rooms and a bartender willing to use his phone to google drinks! Lobby was well kept. We used our daily Hilton my way perks to have a drink at the bar at the end of the day. Nice added perk, I always try to stay at Hilton properties. Only complaint was the cable tv sucked, the guide didn’t work and channels were labeled HBO were actually Showtime…so not a real big deal.

The room is good, no smell, the hotel is quiet, parking is convenient, there is a bus to the airport but we have no experience with a car. , Breakfast is average, the overall price is very high, the price is not expensive

Satisfied stay in Fairfield Marriott! Breakfast is really delicious! Swimming pool’s water temperature was quite cold. But it was enjoyable
