The service at the front desk was excellent: friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms were better than expected. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Clean. The parking lot was on multiple levels attached to the hotel. So if you are living on the 5th floor then you could park on the 5th floor and use your room key to enter the hotel on the 5th floor. The location was ok, but not really close to any of the main attractions of Savannah. You will need to drive around 15-20 minutes to go to the main areas.

The hotel was so nice and the staff helpful and friendly. This was the first Hampton Inn to have concierge service. It was helpful to get directions to a local restaurant and to book a tour we wanted to take. This hotel was conveniently located to many tour destinations, parks, restaurants, and shopping. The room was spacious, clean and quite comfortable. We would stay here again.

The decor is minimalist and mid-century modern, and it works. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfy, and the water pressure in the shower was top-notch! The staff was incredibly friendly. I ”checked out” their sock monkey mascot to take on adventures with me one day. It's a fun idea! There were only two drawbacks to my stay. One was that I had one really nice towel and one that had holes in it and fraying edges. It's not a deal breaker, but they can do better. The second was out of the hotel's control, but the noise level from the street and parking lot can be hit or miss. On my first night, a Wednesday, the noise was crazy. Thank goodness I packed earplugs. The very next night, the noise was a fraction of the previous night. Again, it was not a deal breaker for me, but be sure to pack earplugs if you are a light sleeper, and you should be fine. Overall, a great value in a very walkable part of Savannah.

Stayed for 3 nights. Clean and spacious room-had a top floor facing the river which was very quiet and highly recommend. There is a lot of truck traffic to the front of the building (basically a highway). Excellent staff at front desk (Val) and Dori at conciege. Close to historical areas, especially the Riverside Plant area and the City Market. Had no issues with parking. Good breakfast. Swam in the pool. Overall, highly recommend and would definitely return.

We were only in town for one night this time around and we hadn't made reservations yet, since it was a spur of the moment trip. We walked in the lobby and they greeted us right away. The desk clerk helped me make a reservation on my Honors app and then checked us in. She mentioned a place to eat, so we valeted the car and walked down the street a ways. Great recommendation! We came back and decided to have a drink at the bar, my friend mentioned that it was my birthday and the Manager said, ”our next drink is on the Hotel.” Very kind staff. The bartender, Dream was awesome and the new Concierge was very helpful, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn. Don't miss the rooftop pool!

Location was convenient and room was decent for the price. The front desk clerk wasn't that friendly at all tho. Housekeeping starts knocking on the door around 9 trying to rush you out.

After playing for three weeks in the United States, all the way to live is the Youth Hostel and airbnb. In Savannah, a small town without a green trip, for a variety of reasons, it only had to spend the ”high price” on the last night to live the only hotel, but after the comparison, the price of Ctrip was cheaper than the foreign website, and the apple pay was reduced by 30. The hotel itself is located in downtown down the river street, service, facilities, health I think very good, check out at 5:30 in the morning also let me have breakfast, is the best free breakfast for this trip.

I recently went to avid hotel, and it was wonderful. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness made my stay truly special, and the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. They made us a heart design out of the towels on the bed. Small gestures like that go a long way! I can't recommend this hotel enough!

The small town of Savannah is retro and elegant, with a long history and a developed catering and tourism industry. I stayed at the BW Hotel for a week, and the neighbors all travelled with families, basically staying on a weekly basis. The breakfast is simple, with scrambled eggs, milk, coffee, sausage, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit and cakes. Parking is free, there is a swimming pool, and many people drink tea and chat in the two halls inside. The price of the hotel is reasonable, but there is no elevator. You need to carry your bag upstairs. If you live on the first floor, it doesn’t matter, the highest building is the second floor. It is very close to the air force base, and during the day you can see bombers roaring by. The front desk service attitude is very good, happy and generous. The travel brochure on the first floor has everything. I found a local restaurant with a long history, King and I Thai restaurant, and Japanese cuisine. The hotel can store luggage, take a taxi to downtown for about 15 minutes, Lyft software $12 Uber $15. There are super cheap discount stores nearby, surprise. Ask Forrest Gump for the same money; drink local coffee; chat with the chattering southerners...
