"Valet parking of $50 in & $50 out for a total of $100 is overboard. It was a surprise when it showed up at checkout. Should have been disclosed at booking. Also, the room was found not cleaned the first day when we returned at 4pm. I complained to the front desk & someone showed up at 5:30 to clean, I told them not to bother."

"The entire hotel had an odor sort of like incense - not a good odor. The bathroom had mildew on the shower ceiling and there was no ventilation. The bed creaked and was very uncomfortable - sloped toward the middle of the bed. Pillows were lumpy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was expensive at $35/night but less than nearby hotels."

"This hotel has the most friendliest staff. I love the rooms and the French doors in the King suite. The happy hour, along with wine samples, is a great touch! There's only two things that I would like to change,. Since your hotel is pet friendly, please keep the guest with pets on the first floor where they have better access to outdoor. No pets should be allowed around the dining area, or where food is served. This location is idea for getting to restaurants and shopping."
