My husband had a double lung transplant, eight months earlier and we always request a room away from the noise and something clean. We arrived at the hotel. There was major construction going on dust flying around everywhere and noise.
We asked to be put on a room with no construction and they put us on a room where 8 o’clock in the morning they were doing construction. The room opened up the refrigerator to put my husband meds in there and an old soda from the clientele before. 2 o’clock in the morning the front staff was out in front of the hotel, laughing and giggling on the phones with their friends and just. Below our room to find out what the noise was out to the front desk and no one was answering the phone. One of the worst stay up ever. I went to use the gym and found out that it was under construction. we were never notified about any of this when we made reservations they had reciprocation. They told me I had to ask Hotel myself. This is totally unacceptable. Service is horrible.

I’m pretty sure there was illegal activity going on in the room next door. There was some fighting and a lot of cussing. I called the front desk and afterwards the person next door came and knocked on my door at 3am. I handled the situation but the guy was obviously on something. I’ve stayed here before without incident but it gets crowded and a bit crazy on the weekends apparently.

Staff was great and room was clean however it smelled bad. Not sure what the smell was but it was a one night stay. Bed was very comfortable. All great except for that smell.

Renovations or i would whole construction is taking place there. No warning was given before arriving. Even tho i called prior arriving to see if i could check early. Not safe at all. My room was dirty. Dirty carpet. Not cleaned well at all. Staff was not pleasant or helpful. There for days and had clean my own room. Ask for partial refund due to this and mgr never respond to request. I will tell all family and friends about this because we travel alot in this areas. I ha e plenty of photos but app wo t let me upload them
