Dirty, mismatched, discolored towels. Powdery, white substance on the couch and floor.

The hotel is clean and the room very spacious, staff also very kind and polite

Convenient location for those visiting scad students and also close to restaurants and the river front area

Terrible service and maintenance. We stayed there for 2 nights. The first night, when we got back to the hotel, the room was not cleaned, I called the front desk, and was told housekeepers were all gone, after waiting for 40 minutes, finally the front desk sent in some towels and a box of tissue. The TV was broken, nobody came to fix it. When we checked out the hotel, my son realized he forgot his long pillow ( brought in by my son) in the room and asked the house keepers to check for the pillow and was told that the pillow case was thrown away and they could do nothing about it. After I demanded them to look for the pillow case, the head of the housekeeping finally gave me a new case and told me better to get out the hotel ASAP, she was so rude and not even give me an opportunity to report it to the front desk. I definitely do not recommend it to others.

Great hotel. You can use the valet parking ($50) or a public parking just across the street ($5). The hotel is beautiful, cleaning, offers a good breakfast.

The shower needs better water pressure
