Front desk staff at checkin was not very friendly my mom was at breakfast and the front desk clerk was very rude to her

Room was an enormous size! Almost like wasted space. The king size bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. Pet fee of $20/night is reasonable, if traveling with a pet
On the negatives:
- the sink wasn’t clean
- the towels were threadbare
- the shower head was caked over with iron deposits
- the room overlooked the front overhang, which could really use a thorough cleaning
- the curtains were not sufficient to block the bright light of the parking area

Bathroom was not clean. The toilet bowl literally had black streaks in it. I always travel with my own cleaning supplies. I sprayed it with bleach and let it sit. In an hour the black streaks were less. That tells me that no one even attempted to clean it. The couch in the room looked as if it has never been cleaned due to the multiple stains on it. The staff was very pleasant. However, I checked out early due to the uncleanliness of the bathroom. This is the second Wyndham experience like this. Do they believe in cleanliness at all?

The lady at the front desk was delightful and accommodating to our needs. The room well the good thing was it didn't have bugs, it wasn't clean. I closed the curtains, they were filthy (sticky), there was sauce on them, dust in the corner of the wall, counters and lights were slimy. Phone hasn't been wiped in years, yellow stuff stuck all over it. Bathroom was ok. The floors were slimy.

Ive been in a lot of motels through my travels and this was by far the worst. The vending machines were broken and the one that did work charged my card for purchases i didnt make. The housekeeper did not even come to our side of the building - both mornings - to even give us a chance to ask for anything, much less do her job and clean anything. No sign on the door, nothing. We had trash, dirty towels, etc and had to take care of it ourselves... which is usually what you want to avoid for once while on a vacation. When we checked in the guy at the desk didn't even nake eye contact or speak to me until i finally greeted him first. It was just generally very uncomfortable, bad service, and frustrating as a stay...and we are EXTREMELY low maintenance people. I will definitely never stay here again.

The room was fine. Not the fault of the hotel, but you could hear dogs barking in other rooms and doors slammed shut because people can't be bothered to close them gently. It was very convenient to I95. It took us 10 minutes to get from the hotel to 95 because of morning traffic. It was a 5 minute walk and should have taken one minute without traffic.

Property was fine. Two issues
Shower temperature was unacceptable
Having Fox News on the breakfast room tv is unacceptable. Local news would be better.

The hotel was clean, but the grounds were not. There was food and cigarette butts everywhere. I paid a pet fee and couldn’t even walk my pup on the grounds for fear of her eating garbage, The hot breakfast was also lame. There was only a griddle if you wanted to make your own pancakes. Other Wyndham hotels serve eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.
