Leak in bathroom from second floor. Musty smell. Rust stains in bathtub. Poorly maintained property. It’s a great location but needs a major overhaul.

Rooms are adequate but the exterior of the building needs some TLC. The staff are wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate our early departure by putting aside some breakfast items for us. The location is walkable to the City market with lots of restaurants and shops.

The convenient location made all the great things about Savannah very walkable, the property could use a little updating and some fresh paint, however the rooms were clean and very comfortable. This hotel is good for someone who wants to be close to everything in Savannah, wants a clean room, and wants to keep to a budget

Property condition poor. Shower drain clogged. Two hangers broken. Needs some paint extra $20 just to park. Rough looking neighborhood

The hotel was old and needs refurbishing. The door and the a/c needs to be sealed better. Parking was great. Great location. I enjoyed Brittany the front desk clerk very hopeful.

There were a couple problems in our room and they promptly fixed them. Property isnt updated but the price is more affordable compared to the others in the same area. Very good location.

Overall this was a pleasant stay but you must bear in mind that you are in the party district. The room was clean and efficient but the noise was almost unbearable but ince again it is the party district. Parking was an extra 21$ a night which I thought was a little overboard I’ve already rented the room. The breakfast that is advertised as part of the stay is a letdown to say the least. The promised pancake machine just did not want to cooperate to produce my pancake. No matter the amount of attention from the clerk it just would not do its thing. I probably didn’t need it anyway. Y’all check these folks out and enjoy the party!

Location, location and affordability! Clean and comfortable. Right on the edge of the downtown and river districts. Walking distance to everything in old town Savannah. Wear comfortable shoes and enjoy!

The only good thing about my stay was, the water got hot very fast and the fridge was cold. The hotel is not worth the money you charge. It needs to be renovated badly.
