Perfect spot to rest your head after spending the day in the historic district- it’s quiet, clean and beautiful. A quick walk to the riverfront and a fantastic view of the ships coming through on the river.

The scenery is beautiful, the room is large, and the people are outstanding. It's worth staying here, the people are warm and helpful. I don’t know when the $50 deposit will be returned to me. This is my second stay. I will stay here a few more times when I have time.

This hotel is very safe and clean. The only issues we had was the water pressure to flush the toilet. The staff are to be as expected attentive to any issues. The area is perfect for waking and seeing the sights.

Beautiful hotel in a great location! We enjoyed being right on River St. The hotel staff was wonderful and we were upgraded to a king suite which was spectacular! Will stay here again when we come back!

This is a huge hotel at the far edge of the riverside area.The rooms were big and the hotel spacious but lacks character. I assume they use it for big gatherings as the night was extremely noisy , hard to sleep.

The gentleman at the front desk (Rakesh) was very kind, courteous, and helpful. Rakesh took it upon himself to offer us a balcony room on the river and even hand delivered a cheese plate and fruit basket for my fiancé's birthday. The hotel itself was clean and the drinks at the bar were fantastic, although a little pricey. The hotel is perfect for walking the riverfront and anywhere else in the city you'd like to go. For parking, we chose to use the public lot that is adjacent to the hotel property because it was only $20 per day. As for things I would change, I would like the bed and pillows to be more comfortable and of better quality. The bed was quite firm, and the pillows felt like they came out of the bin at Walmart. Also, I would like more areas to hang towels and toiletries. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again.
