Disappointing Stay – Room Was Extremely Dirty I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the Ramada Hotel. Upon entering the room, I was shocked by the level of cleanliness—or lack thereof. The room was far below any reasonable standard: stained bedding, dusty surfaces, a dirty bathroom, and a lingering unpleasant odor. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained before my arrival. For a hotel brand like Ramada, I expected at least basic cleanliness and comfort, but this experience was completely unacceptable. I addressed the issue with the front desk, but the response was dismissive and no meaningful solution was offered. This stay did not reflect the standards I associate with the Ramada name, and I will not be returning. I sincerely hope management takes feedback like this seriously and improves their housekeeping protocols.

Nice price & breakfast included. Friendly and professional staff. Clean parking lot and trash bins everywhere. The room was clean and smelled clean. The hot water was very hot and the furnace worked fine. 5 stars everywhere

The hotel was just awful. It smelled like bleach, the sink didn't drain, the refrigerator compressor was so loud and made screeching noises all night long, and the entrance door did not seal and anything could creep into the room. The paint was peeling off the walls, and the faucet in the tub was not sealed. Overall, we were very uncomfortable, and checked out day early. Couldn't stay a second night.

Bad I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from great. We arrived late, so we didn’t have much chance to properly check the room at first. This was actually the second room we were given, as we had already complained about the first one — it smelled strongly of smoke. Sadly, the second room wasn’t much better. The bed was broken, and the bathroom was not clean. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.

Photos are very deceiving. Lobby is falling apart. Our room had mold on the painting. The ac was held up by a block of wood. Ceiling paint was peeling off and falling. Found a bug in our fridge. If we weren’t strapped on time, we definitely would’ve gone somewhere else.
