Was confusing checking in. Person called seemed annoyed. We did get our check in. Place was clean and very nice & comfortable . Would recommend.

The room and the apartment were great. The location couldn't have been better. Using Trip.com was terrible. We didn't get an access code, even though it said the hotel had a reception. We had to go to a café that had wifi to even open the booking and then call customer service, which cost me €30 because I'm from the EU. Trip.com didn't give us any information.
