We had a great experience. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is convenient. There are several decent restaurants in the area. Check in and check out were quick and smooth. The hotel serves a good hot breakfast with a variety of foods.

The A/C in the room was making so much noise we couldn’t sleep at night. Bathroom was not clean as well. Wouldn’t book there again.

I would recommend this property to all, the price is great and the hotel is clean and well taken care of. The beds are comfortable and pillows are great.

Check in and out was simple and quick, the room was clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

It was great that they had a conference room that my family could all meet in downstairs. Their all the time coffee and morning breakfast was also excellent.

This is the forth time we stayed at this property and we've generally been very happy with it. The check-in/check-out process is smooth, the rooms are decent, the beds are comfy, the breakfast is on par with other similar hotels, and the staff are friendly and available. This time around there were some cleanliness issues in our unit. We haven't had an issue before so this may have been a one-off. Also, the shower/bath plug didn't properly seal so you couldn't bathe, and the toilet kept running for about 5 minutes after flushing (playing with the flusher didn't help). As I said above, we've never had this problem before so maybe we just got the lemon room?

Quick access from Great Northern Road coming to and from Thunder Bay. More variety in breakfast options would be great, but presented with care to cleanliness.

3rd time staying here. Staff is always friendly and professional. Rooms are always comfortable and very clean.

This hotel was easy to find. ( right on the highway) Fast check in. The room was cozy ,warm and quiet. Lots of free parking

I was not impressed with the breakfast offered. There wasn't any fresh fruit and on the last day if our stay the bageks were very limited and stale. The bed was very comfortable, room and bathroom were clean but the shower needed a longer curtain as the water would run out onto the floor. Overall, it was a comfortable, clean and reasonably priced hotel.

Sink had someone’s short curly hair in it. No quick cleaning during the day. Pool heater wasn’t working either. Too bad because the rest was lovely.

Found the room we had was exceptional! Only thing we wished was to have a sink and vanity combo. Bathroom only had a sink without a vanity. Made it difficult since there was no place to set things when getting ready in the morning. They should consider installing a small counter next to the sink. This would make it so much better! The shower was fantastic and wished we had one like it at our house! Very roomy and very easy to step in and out. We could not get the air conditioner to turn on. Discovered that it was controlled by a thermostat on the wall. Did not see this until quite sometime later. Thermostat was down lower like a light switch and just didn't see it. Check in should let quests know that this is how it is controlled!
