The staff and servers at the restaurant were so helpful in making our stay enjoyable. They were enthusiastic about the area's attractions. Breakfast was great, and the room was clean. We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant conveniently attached to the motel, the Soo Blaster. We appreciated that breakfast was ready in time for guests who had to leave early to catch the Agawa Canyon Tour Train. The motel was a little dated, but the friendliness of the staff and the delicious food totally made up for it.

The hotel service is really good. We forgot the kettle in the room before, and then called the hotel. The hotel has kept it for us. This time I checked in again and got the kettle back. It was very happy and I liked it greatly.

Stayed at this hotel to take Agawa Canyon Train. It was very close and had excellent parking. Two friends and I stayed at hotel, each wanting separate bed so booked a room with two queen beds and one pull-out couch. HUGE room!!!! All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The on-site Italian restaurant was Amazing. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

We stayed for three nights in a king size suite. Room was spacious and very clean. Hotel is close to a busy road but we heard very little noise at night. Gym was good and well equipped. Breakfast was also good with eggs, bacon, bagels etc. Hotel is close to Walmart Supercentre and other large stores. My only gripe was the laundry. One washing machine and dryer. Cost $1.75 each. I had to hunt around for some coins in the end Reception came to my aid but it would be good if these were free, such a small amount of money when you consider our total bill was $800+. Apart from that all good.

Fitted fitted fitted sheets were not used on the mattresses. Regular top sheets were and they were not tucked in properly. There were no mattress protectors and these mattresses were stained. There were no mattress protectors and these mattresses were stained. Hair and dust was found around the base of the toilet and along the bath room floor. The bath mat had black mold blotches on it. Two white styrofoam cups were provided and no plastic cups in the bathroom. No moisturizer toiletries. The pillows were lumpy. No ”Do not disturb” was provided.

I saw the comment that it was packed. I thought I could go to the restaurant. Actually, I had to go to the front desk. Anyway, it was quite complicated and didn't understand too much. Ctrip wrote that parking is free. Later, I saw that Google wrote a charge. The front desk said five yuan. Finally, the deposit was returned and it seemed that it was not deducted. I'm not sure I have to wait for the bill. The bath water is super big. My favorite. It’s cool. The room is not big. It looks like this. Nothing to worry about. As always, the HolidayInn clean and simple decoration design is generally very good! The backstreet of the hotel should be Queen Street, the main street of the town. The municipal flowers are blooming beautifully. Unfortunately, the epidemic is sluggish. There are almost no one on the road on Friday. Hope the epidemic will pass soon! Bring back to life!
