It’s a good location near the town and Tammalang Pier. It’s only 2 minutes away from Big C. We were there just to stay for the night and went to the jetty in the morning. Shower has warm water, which was nice.

Location is great.. middle of 'walking street' with easy access to food, shops, 7eleven, money changers, etc... Easy access to beaches.. There is a big supermarket located at the base of the hotel as well.. room is just nice with huge bed.. staff is super attentive and very helpful.. breakfast service is ala carte but tastefully done.. top quality taste & presentation.. overall- hugely satisfied and highly recommended..

We booked a family room. There are two 1.8-meter beds in the room. Generally speaking, they are clean and the rooms are large. The hotel location is not far from Pattaya Beach, which is about ten minutes away from the pedestrian street. The front desk staff was nice, polite and welcoming. After staying one night, I changed to a hotel by the sea the next day, so I couldn't compare it with other hotels of the same price category. The disadvantages are: the air conditioner is noisy, the water coming out of the water pipe is not clean (black), so I did n’t dare to take a bath, consulted the front desk. Another good hotel also found that the flush toilet water was not clean, but the bath water was clean. Perhaps it is because it is far from the land and the fresh water resources are limited). Not recommended if bringing children. Besides, the bread sold in the shop is delicious, haha.

Accommodation with good views, with the wind blowing all the time, not sticky, the beach is private, not crowded. Near the forest, but there are no mosquitoes because the wind blows all the time. Accommodation, although old, is clean. The stairs to the beach are not very steep. A short walk down, there is a private living accommodation at the end of the beach. The staff who serve breakfast are hospitable. Walking distance to the walking street, the road is good, not far away, there is a free car service when moving the accommodation as well.

I originally booked the Summer Resort Hotel for two nights. After staying there for one night, there were too many mosquitoes and the slope to the beach was too scary to walk at night. I decided to change to the Broca Saglan Hotel the next day. When I got here, I found that it was basically a hotel. Everything exceeded expectations. The room is big, the bathroom is big and there is a jacuzzi. It is just a few steps away from the beach. The beach is so beautiful. There is a shoal you can wade through when the tide is low, but you must be careful of sea anemones and sea urchins next to the rocks. What a beautiful resort this is. Wonderful stay here in a sea view jacuzzi suite room. Room is big and beautiful. Thank you to the staff for beautifying the room with our request. The resort has 2 swimming pools. 1 of the inner shared among the pool access rooms while the other is infront of the beach bar. They also provide massage services right by the lobby area. Very relaxing throughout the entire stay. They also have a 1 for 1 cocktail promotion from 4-8pm daily. Breakfast is a wide spread of different food. From chicken rice to salads to self-make panini and even thai roti. Loved it. Walking street is located just next to the resort. Great convenience. Will return to this resort again if visiting Koh Lipe.

Initially they put you on the first floor, where the pool is, children, and it's noisy. At my request, they moved you to the second floor. I liked the room itself, everything was good overall, but thanks to Tripcom for ripping me off with another hotel I had paid for, and I had to book this hotel for more money for the January holidays. There is practically no closet in the room to hang your clothes, only 6 hangers. Very weak water pressure, there is a heater, but it either supplies too hot or too cold water. They clean well, the Asian breakfast is so-so. Take mosquito repellent, in the evening they eat you on the balcony, because there is a mini pond-swamp nearby.

Pretty solid I guess, we stayed in the little villas between the restaurant and the pool. They were generally clean and quiet, staff was nice enough but not overly so. Bigger issues tbh is Koh lipe- it’s supposed to have world class beaches but they are covered end to end with boats all day every day. They only want to avoid it is north near Irene and the maintain area, or to take a little boat to some nearby beach. This place is good enough if you’re going to lipe though.
