The hotel has an excellent location with quick access to every available beach on the island. Inside, the hotel provides all the amenities you might need for a comfortable stay: a cooling pool, an excellent breakfast with several options, also free both ways transfer from/to the port. Our room was always clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. Check-in was very smooth, and the girls at the desk are very hardworking with smiles on their faces; they were happy to assist with everything. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

We are staying at the Site and we will stay for 6 days I have to say that our choice was really azaka! Big, clean and comfortable room, friendly and competent staff and ready to meet our requests from booking back to instructions on anything .The structure provides many services from tuk tuk to reach the room to They are always clean and in order . The breakfast is Asian and continental, perhaps we Italians would like some bricks but it's fine and suitable, the restaurant on the beach makes fantastic fruit drinks and the dishes are good if you don't want to go away. Point of beach among the most beautiful of the island and I feel recommend it .

Overall would say that the hotel is OK. The staffs are also OK. Only one lady staff that speaks English. It's not a problem can still use phone translator. Room is big and spacious, with a very nice view facing the hills. Everything is OK with the room except for the shower. They should do something about the shower. Hairdryer is very good. Breakfast can be obtain from a shop opposite the hotel (come out turn left and cross the street) just a few shops away from the hotel, selling very good Chicken Murtabak and also Egg with Banana Roti Canai. Location of hotel is perfect. There is ample car park behind the hotel. There is an entrance to the hotel from the car park. There is also a mini mart right next to the hotel on the right. Overall would recommend this hotel.

Amazing location, clean estate and great service by the team. Literally facing the beach and close to the pier and walking street. Enjoy the fresh sea catches and barbecue in the evening. They have happy hour from 4pm to 8pm during our stay in Aug 2023. Choose the Villa option as it’s slightly higher but worth the price for the stay and location.

Apart from being almost on the beach itself, this place is a bit overrated as far as overall quality of certain aspects of their offer in services and amenities. Room is confortable, view from it is fabulous but…the pillows are horribly hard, woke up with a sore neck, the food at their restaurant is kind of ok if you choose Thai food but for American food, it is, let say, less than average, there are some choices that they scratch from their menu because they just don’t know how to cook it, simple thing bruschetta, club sandwich, breakfast is also pretty boring if you not Asian; cold and uncooked chicken sausages, cold chicken ham presented in cold water bowl, coffee is good though and toast are great, I ended up eating that only…last déception, beach access from beach front villa number 2 you need to walk about 200 meters right to the marina entrance or 200 meters left to the restaurant to get access to the beach that is about 20 meters right in front of your room. There is a concrete wall, high of about 1.6 meters that separates you from the beautiful white sand beach. See photos attached…

The staff there are nice and friendly and always wear a smile on their face. They are also helpful❤️Most importantly, the hotel have done so many things for the beautiful island and the environment there which I appreciate it so much. I will recommend this hotel to everyone even though hot water and air con are not available👍🏻❤️

Ttn_lissyEnvironment: Personally, I think the combination of the beach and the sea in front of the hotel is the best in Lipe. The sand is finer than that at Irene (The north point), and the sea is cleaner than that at Pattaya Beach. There are also coral reefs, and you can snorkel right in front of the hotel, but there are not as many fish as in the sea at Irene. We stayed in a beach cabin, where we could see the sea while lying on the bed. There was a small terrace outside. The most pleasant moment every day was lying on the terrace at night, blowing in the wind and listening to the waves.
Service: When the boat arrives at Pattaya Pier, someone will hold a sign to pick it up, and transfer to a small wooden boat to the hotel. Before arrival, the hotel has three waiters waiting on the shore. Two people carry luggage, and one person is responsible for greetings, guiding check-in, etc. When you usually go to a restaurant, the waiter will remember your room number and greet you warmly.
Sanitary facilities: Although the facilities are relatively old, the maintenance is still quite good. There was no inconvenience due to room facilities during the stay, and the cleaning was in place.

I could only wish that the staff at the restaurant could speak and understand english. We liked the happy hour, the bar and the staff - Thanks to all at the Ananya Lipe - we’ll be back👍🏻👍🏻

HHMMYGreat location if you're looking for a quieter location in Koh Lipe. Fantastic if you like watching the sunrise, and you can have your breakfast immediately after (nice buffet spread). The resort staffs are friendly and helpful. They provide shuttle service to The Walking Street in the evening and you can try free kayaking on the crystal clear water if snorkeling isn't your thing.

PpiasureeAbsolutely amazing location. We’ve stayed in beachfront bungalow, spacious, clean, comfortable bed, had everything in the room more than we needed. There were indoor shower and outdoor shower, separated doors to go in room, through the front door and another directly to the bathroom (in case we came in from swimming all wet and covered with sand), so we did not dirty our room. Cold towels and fresh welcome drinks when we’ve checked-in, polite and friendly front desk staffs. When we’ve entered the room, it was cool with some aroma that made us feel relax. The breakfast was great, many choices of Thai foods and changed everyday. Staffs go out of their way to make us comfortable and feel at home. Beach in front of the hotel was beautiful, quiet, we can swim and snorkelling there. Walking street was near, we’ve walked there everyday, sometimes just for have some iced tea and thai pancake (Thai Banana Roti). Take a boat trip, it’s worth doing! Definitely recommended this hotel! Staffs are the best!

Although our vacation was filled with joy and memorable moments, I must mention the only downside we encountered. The lack of sufficient lighting outside at night posed a safety hazard, as my wife unfortunately tripped and hurt her ankle. However, it is worth noting that the resort staff responded swiftly and provided immediate assistance, ensuring she received the necessary care. While this incident was unfortunate, it did not overshadow the overall fantastic experience we had at Irene Resort.
In conclusion, our vacation at Irene Resort in Koh Lipe was an extraordinary experience. The impeccable service, delectable cuisine, and the island's natural beauty left us with lasting memories. LLvquanquanO.oThere were very few reviews online, so I was a little nervous when I made the choice. However, after actually staying there for 4 days, I felt pretty good and the price-performance ratio was high. The location is right on Pattaya Beach. As long as you book your accommodation for the day online, he will pick you up at the pier holding the hotel sign and take your luggage for you. It's very close in two steps! Next to the famous Akira Hotel and close to the pedestrian street, there is a horse-killing chicken in the hotel. There is a swing at the door, and occasionally I sit there in a daze and look at the jelly sea, happy!
The facilities are definitely not as good as those of more expensive hotels, but I think they are enough. There are racks outside the door to dry clothes, and there are also hammocks. The only downside is that there are ants. I didn't find them in other expensive hotels where my friends stayed, but as long as you pay attention to it, don't leave food residues after eating in the house, which is still acceptable.

GGuest UserWe were met at the pier by one of the hotel team members who carted our luggage all the way to the hotel. Check-in was a bit odd as there is no front desk so everything is done at the bar. Our unit was at the very back of the resort, backing the kitchen which was very noisy first thing in the morning and woke us up every morning. It's definitely dated and could use some updating. The mini fridge in the unit worked but was literally falling apart and we had a mess of rusty water a few times. Safe in the room didn't work for us. Tons of mosquitoes early morning and at dusk so make sure to bring or purchase good repellent and the coils for the front deck area if you plan to sit outside. No pool but the snorkeling right out front of the resort was really good when we were there. We were told by the owner that throughout the year the visibility and water will change, so although we had perfect water, it won't necessarily be like that in a few months. Some of the fish are a bit aggressive so careful of that. One bit me hard enough that it broke the skin surface and I was bleeding. The beach chairs were nice as well but get taken up pretty quickly. Beach towels were available at the bar. The free breakfast was ok but the coffee was often only lukewarm. Tons of flies flying around the bar area so best to try and get a table nearby to eat at. We had lunch a couple times from the resort and it was pretty good. They brought it right to our table on the beach. Main busy area isn't too far of a walk down the beach. Out of the 7 islands we visited in Thailand, Lipe was the most unfriendly we found as well as the most expensive.

GGuest UserWhat a brilliant find! This hadn’t been my first choice resort but thank goodness the others were booked. All of the villas are set around the most perfect pool, with lush foliage and stone benches to allow an underwater seat. The bungalows themselves are beautiful- high ceilings, massive bathrooms and all set around the pool (which may worry some, but all are set back and private). Our room was closest to the beach (and bar) but it’s not a loud bar and all closed by 8pm. Amazingly friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. Couldn’t have asked for more. The hotel is also set at one end of Sunrise Beach - ideal for being within walking distance of everything but also not too busy.

VVanessa DWe spent 6 nights in the charming and had a bungalow. This was unfortunately very small and tight. Specially the bathroom did not offer much space, making it often wet. For example, the toilet was not avoided being completely wet when doing the shower. Unfortunately, the room was not regularly cleaned, mostly only new towels and water bottles were placed before the door and the bed was made. There are little options for packaging or backpacking or clothing. Unfortunately, there were many use traces and rides that offered enough space for insects etc. For example, we had visiting meals in the bathroom. On the first night we noticed that it had already opened the door of our bungalow, despite closing it, by a slight pressure from outside. After we reported this to the reception, we were offered to change to the room for one night and assured that the door would be repaired next day. We renounced the switch because after the long arrival we didn't want to pack everything again one day and the next day. Unfortunately, it took three days to get our bungalow closed and the castle was replaced. In this time we have packed all the value items in the safe, which is not included in the room price. But we have received it free of charge. Unfortunately we have not been able to sleep well in the 6 nights. Apart from a animal walking by the walls or on the roof at night, the music of the hotel was very noisy on the beach. The first two days a breakfast buffet was offered, which was absolutely in order, but no large choice was offered. After that there was no buffet, why we don't know. Instead, you could choose a la carte between three menus. It is recommended here to have breakfast (e.g. Cafe Tropical) to have some choice and variety and to drink a right coffee. The staff was always friendly when you spoke. There were daily beach towels for hotel guests free. The beach before the hotel is not recommended as there are very many boats and tourists coming out and arrive, and the bathroom is only very limited.

GGuest UserStayed 4 days 3 nights. Dream beach and best view. The bay is the best and most beautiful from all 4 beaches on Lipe. The rooms are spacious and modern. Seems renovated a few months ago. Buffet is alright and reasonable for the price. House keeping seems understaffed or they do not know when you are out of the room. If you sleep in, in the morning you get a basket with water and refreshments placed at your door. But seems they do not comeback later in the day to clean. We didn’t get any house keeping. On third day, had to ask twice until house keeping cleaning came. But everyone at hotel is very friendly and welcoming. Be careful not to leave the door or balcony open in afternoon and evening. There are many mosquitos around the bungalows due to the plants and they will immediately come in. Mosquitos only around the bungalows, not at the restaurant, cafe, beach. Location and beach is sill the best. We will come back.
