Accommodation with good views, with the wind blowing all the time, not sticky, the beach is private, not crowded. Near the forest, but there are no mosquitoes because the wind blows all the time. Accommodation, although old, is clean. The stairs to the beach are not very steep. A short walk down, there is a private living accommodation at the end of the beach. The staff who serve breakfast are hospitable. Walking distance to the walking street, the road is good, not far away, there is a free car service when moving the accommodation as well.

We stayed for 1 night, as the hotel is always full. We were picked up by boat from the previous hotel, accommodated immediately, at the reception they told us in detail about the hotel and the area nearby. We got a room on the highest floor, to which you need to go up endless stairs, especially in the heat and with a child it is difficult. The hotel has a good breakfast, a beautiful small beach, they give equipment for snorkeling and children's games on the beach. The houses themselves are already tired, the bed is very hard as if we slept on the floor, the view of the sea from the balcony is very beautiful.

Bundhaya Resort is conveniently located close to the jetty, right in front of the beach, just 5-minute walk to Koh Lipe's Walking Street. I love the overall ambience and really like the room's interior. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcoming drink while checking in. The staff were also helpful, assisting with our luggage during both check-in and check-out. Overall, the service was excellent. The breakfast offered is similar to other hotels, but for Muslim guests, it's important to ensure which is the halal food. Please note that an iron is not provided, and there is no designated ironing area.

It has been out favorite hotel on the island. It is still very good. Great location (quiet), sea line with very beautiful area, some shade during the sunny day. Very good breakfast and ability to put additionally beds in the room. However, when we were there 5 years ago last time, the service was better. Just an example: there are pits with water next to each villa to clean the feet from the send. If you are a customer you get used to that pretty quickly because it is great that you don't bring the sand to your room and bed, then you actually need it. 5 years ago every time we woke up the pot already was full with water. This time it could stay out of water for the whole day and the half of the next day. Some people were pouring in drinking water there to make it possible cleaning the sand off. There are few other small things that degraded sadly. However, it is till one of the best on the island.

What a beautiful resort this is. Wonderful stay here in a sea view jacuzzi suite room. Room is big and beautiful. Thank you to the staff for beautifying the room with our request. The resort has 2 swimming pools. 1 of the inner shared among the pool access rooms while the other is infront of the beach bar. They also provide massage services right by the lobby area. Very relaxing throughout the entire stay. They also have a 1 for 1 cocktail promotion from 4-8pm daily. Breakfast is a wide spread of different food. From chicken rice to salads to self-make panini and even thai roti. Loved it. Walking street is located just next to the resort. Great convenience. Will return to this resort again if visiting Koh Lipe.

Excellent property located on the coolest beach on the island. Beautiful bungalow all in wood, spacious and furnished with antique wooden furniture. Huge well-kept bathroom. Perfect technological equipment TV, wi-fi, air conditioning and large safe. Recommended!

Looks quite new compared to other hotels, a/c works all the time even when you go out and take a card key which is very nice. And it cools down the room incredibly, a must in April and May. We liked the room but there’s an area for improvement: you can see some impurities here and there: old bedsheets with stains, the tub in the bathroom with some part falling off. They are not big, but better to fix them. The breakfast is amazing, a lot of options, even the noodles station, the roti station, ice cream and bloodie mary station hahaha A lot of good fruits such as rambutan, passion fruits, etc. not just watermelon and dragon fruits like at other hotels across Thailand. Sunrise beach itself is a bit disappointing because of the amount of boats there and almost no place to swim but this hotel has the designated beach where you can enjoy swimming and definitely some good sunsets. Overall it’s a good place to stay for more than a day if you want to stay at the sunrise Beach area, but my personal favorite is the North pole beach (20-25 min walk along the beach). Things to improve: - service staff should be careful with bags, I know they try to be helpful but one of the guys broke a handle of my carry on bag. - Starbacks cafe on the beach — this is a disaster, they advertise other as a Starbucks coffee shop, with the original drinks and recipes but for 180 thb they will give you iced milk instead of iced cappuccino. Better to buy some good medium roast beans from the Borth of Thailand and serve proper coffee. You don’t need that Starbucks brand definitely.

The overall environment for 4 nights is average, but the boss is very friendly. We stayed during the epidemic. The boss is very concerned about our health. I asked every day that my level 3 English was poor in front of my majors. I could only ask a level 6 student to play with her. The final result I think she definitely welcomes Chinese customers very much, and the points are all added to the boss’s service

It was good in general but a bit below expectations from a pricey 4-star hotel. Territory is nice, breakfast is good. The rooms are not isolated well enough which led to insects and wild life making its way inside and us chasing it away. The safe broke down 2 days before our departure, so it was a hassle to wait for someone to open it, and it was not fixed the next day, so we had to carry valuables with us which was inconvenient.

The scenery is beautiful, but there is no air conditioning! ! So it gets really hot at night. The most troublesome thing is that the air conditioner brings the problem of mosquitoes, and some of the mosquito nets are too short to be effective. Friends who are afraid of heat need to choose carefully. The hotel has many services. The PADI dive shop is located in the hotel and provides rental of various equipment. Located at Sunrise Beach, watching the sunrise in the morning is an excellent view.
