Although Tony was great and tried his best to make our stay comfortable, the accomodation itself is not equipped to give a warm stay especially during winter. Couldn't believe storage heater only provides short timing heat and the bathroom window is not fully sealed so very cold air still seeps in

I can see that Tony gets a lot of credit in these reviews and it is totally deserved! He made our stay by being an exceptional host. The food was amazing, location excellent and the place itself is also magical. We would definitely stay again next time.

The bungalow was really unique with a spectacular view of the mountains and rice fields. You can also spot some animals on the rice fields and I could enjoy the sunrise every morning from my terrace. The sunrise looks incredible in between all the mountains :) I was traveling alone, because I attended my cousins wedding and used the rest of my stay in Vietnam to visit Sa Pa. I wish I could have shared this with my partner but I will definitely come back here with her! The entire staff was really kind, especially Tony! He also speaks english very fluent and he can rent a motorcycle for you, which costs 100k/day when I was here. It is recommended to rent one to go to city center as a one way trip with a taxi is already around 100k. The free breakfast was also very delicious and the bed and room very cozy.

Lovely lodge to stay while visiting Sa Pa hills. The atmosphere and the effort to maintain a sustainable business were greatly appreciated but mostly it was the staff service with special reference to Tony for his availability that marked the difference.

We had such a great time. We rented one of the bungalows, it was clean and comfy. The host advised us when to close the door and windows so that mosquitos would not get in. The staff were amazing and helped us organize our 4 day stay in Sapa, as well as organized our departure bus to Hanoi. We even got invited to the host's family dinner! Overall great place to stay!

We had amazing time at Rosie House. Accomodation is cozy and Tony is the best host. We spent here 4 nights so there was a lot Tony would help us and support us including arranging of hikes or bus to Hanoi. If we return to Sapa in the future we will go here again for sure.

5 stars for Rosie House! We stayed here for 2 nights and had the best time. The bungalow is private, well furnished and the bed is very comfortable and more than enough space for two. We LOVED the view from the balcony and from common areas. The view of the mountains and rice fields was spectacular at all times of the day. Tony is super kind and caring and made this stay even more special. You can tell he cares and offers outstanding hospitality. The last thing I want to say is that we had dinner at the restaurant both nights and the food was amazing. Easily one of the best meals we had in Vietnam. You can tell the food is made with love and had a homemade feel we were craving.

Came here with my wife for part of our honeymoon vacation. The view from the rooms is stunning, comfortable beds, and a very relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast in the morning is top notch (the pho is the star of the show). The hotel offers scooters to rent for a very affordable day rate. The staff working at the hotel are absolutely AMAZING. They do it all, offer laundry on site, organize trekking adventures, and will sort out taxis for you to get back to the bus station at the end of your stay, and so much more. We even got so lucky that one of the staff members hiked Mt. Fanspian with us! I would 10/10 recommend this as a place to stay. It was a fantastic experience for my wife and I. Ps. The two puppies that live at the homestay are just the cutest and most playful pair
