Find the Cheap Sao Martinho de Arvore Hotels

One of the best hotels! Isolated from everything but includes whatever you may need during your stay! It has a pool, a gym, meeting room and steam bath ! It you rent a room with food included it is completely worth it because if you ask “a la carte” can get pretty expensive! All the meals are made from a chef very aesthetic and very tasty The staff are very polite!

Since the first contact, everything was very good. The service, availability and hosting of all the staff/professionals was extraordinary. They upgraded my reservation and offered ”a mimo”. The suite was very comfortable, wide, pleasant, clean and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast was very varied, with fresh products of quality and these are constantly being repaired, the gym was well equipped, the pool was clean and the Turkish bath was available.

Hotel is by beach . Room is big and clean. Breakfast is very good. The supermarket is in next door. The town Sitio near Nazare is on the cliffs. The views are very beautiful and looks down the beach and town. It worths the visit. The parking on the hilltop is limited but if you go there early , you are still able to find place to park. The receptionist is very good and helpful. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, I found flat tire. The young guy worked at the front desk helped me to call the rental car company to solve the problem. I definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The location is excellent: although it is not so close to the main attractions of the city, it is in a region with several transport options, as well as supermarkets and food sites. The price is a big difference, with good accommodation with excellent room at an excellent price. Even without air conditioning and making much warm during the day, having the windows partially open at night was more than enough to have a good night sleep. It needs attention to details on repairs that are not very expensive and, because they have not been done, they end up giving a bad look to a room that has been renewed recently: the tower is not very fixed in the movie, a curtain cannot be collected and the shower is not well fixed on the support during the bath. The service is quite welcome, however, only for additional information, we had problem in requesting to leave our travel bags before check-in, because we would still arrive in the city morning: I know that this is not a obligation The hotel is a hotel with a view to the hotel, but one of the reasons for booking this hotel was just because we received the confirmation that we could leave our stuff in the hotel before check-in (which takes place at 15:00). Very basic chained hotel - take note there are old rooms and new rooms for the hotel in Coimbra. The photos listed mostly show the new rooms but we were given the old room which was super dated. Even the remote control for the TV was not working. We requested for the new room and thankfully one was available for immediate check-in. Apparently only 5 out of 90 rooms are revamped? Only the reception staff could speak English. Location was about 10 mins walk to city centre and 5 mins drive from Coimbra-B train station via Uber. You may refer to my photos to see the difference between the old and the new room.

This little hotel is located just west of the river and is just a short walk away from the city. The price is basic and so is the room, bed, desk, TV, AC, shower. There's no facilities for coffee or tea but the hotel is surrounded by cafés and restaurants so it's not a great problem. The breakfast is excellent, it's unusual to find a restaurant that can cook scrambled eggs without turning them into rubber but these were delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak good English, the place is scrupulously clean and there's free, undercover parking three minutes away. The test is would we go back? We will indeed.

We had a family suite here, overlooking the river. The room was large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom looked to be new and well equipped. The desk staff are friendly, helpful and speak English. There is daily service for the rooms. Parking is very close, cheap and safe. The added bonuses of staying here are a shared kitchen with a small, delightful rooftop terrace and a larger terrace on the first floor. Walking over the bridge to the main pedestrian street takes less than 5 minutes. The Santa Clara neighborhood is quiet with a number of restaurants. A large supermarket is about a ten minute walk away from town. NOTE - it is difficult to find the building coming in off the highway. It is and the end of the block with no clear identification by the door. The name is on the river side. You need to drive over a sidewalk from the main road as the short street is quite easy to miss. This place is a real find, so glad we stayed here!

This hotel is a hidden gem! Great location that includes being minutes (walking) from the heart of old city center of Coimbra, great small resturants, shopping, and seeing the university. There is also a grocery store about 2 minutes walking distance which is always a bonus in my book. This hotel is located about 4 walking minutes from the train station and about a 7 minute drive from the bus station. What I loved about this hotel is the bar area, which is also the breakfast area, and then you walk up a flight of stairs to one of the best roof top sitting area! Amazing picture taking. The bar opens at 4:00PM and offers light eats, wine, beer, and other drinks. Good prices as well. Breakfast is very good with eggs, bacon, fruit, and many other items. The only con I would say is that the rooms are a little dated and bare essentials provided. However, it doesn't keep me from recommending the hotel highly and I would love to visit again. Also, bonus the staff is very friendly and helpful. Great stay!

Very good hotel, is a manor hotel, the hotel's small garden is not big, but it is very exquisite, not in the downtown area, after going through the river, going to the university, Coimbra is not big, the spots are concentrated, recommended
