"When I entered the room, I had a bit struggle to find the lights. It’s not a common 4 star hotel where I just need to insert the key card and everthing is on. The pool area is perfect for afternoon cocktails. Elevator was fast. The hotel is within walking distance to shoping center. I think this hotel is decent for short stay in Sao Jose."

This sheet turned almost black and gray, so you can't feel the normal snow white
The sheets were bloodstained. I looked at the hair. I didn’t dare to cover this quilt at night. I covered my own dirty sheets. I froze my legs.
There's also unidentified blood on the bathroom wall.
Stayed for one night and escaped immediately

GGuest UserHotel apresenta localização de fácil acesso, mas como nas proximidades não tem restaurantes abertos à noite, o hotel poderia funcionar com seu restaurante pelo menos para oferta de pequenas refeições ou lanches.
Funcionários educados, atenciosos e cordiais.
Quanto ao espaço físico, entendo que o hotel está precisando de algumas reformas para melhor atender: no quarto onde fiquei observei a existência de rodapé soltos, o banheiro , em especial o box, com aspecto ruim, observei a ausência de itens baratos como touca de banho, iluminação do quarto deficiente, entre outros.
O hotel tem tudo para ser nota 10, mas isso depende de alguns ajustes
