The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately needs a lot of attention. The cleaning at the cafe was not good, in the room was ok.
Our door to the balcony was broken and didn’t close.

The door need to have battery covers. The sheet looked like they were washed but had stains. Location is excellent. The staff was helpful and nice.

O quarto estava otimo mas tinha algumas manchas de umidade na parede, a piscina estava suja no segundo dia. O café da manhã era ótimo mas tinha cadeiras que estava com o banco solto. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos.

Pelo Valor era isso mesmo que eu saberia que poderia encontrar, localização muito boa, mas a parte da limpeza(toalhas e lençóis)estavam bem ruim.....para uma noite é suportável mas que isso e necessário uma conversa com os gerentes.

O hotel fica localizado numa área próxima de 2 parques maravilhosos. O café da manhã é legal, mas poderia ter mais opções de frutas, tinha apenas melão. A janela do quarto estava suja, com muitos resíduos em toda janela. O colchão é muito macio.

Na média, no geral foi uma boa estadia. Café da manhã bom, piscina limpa. Os atendentes foram atenciosos e solícitos. Precisa melhorar apenas informações a respeito de serviço de limpeza de quarto, não é claro. Quarto completo, espaçoso, porém bem deficiente de tomadas (apenas uma no banheiro disponível).
