The room is very clean and the whole house is smart. You can call to open the curtains while sleeping on the bed, so that the sea breeze blows on your face and it feels good to be woken up by the sun. It is very close to the beach. You can go to the beach by changing into slippers. The children picked up many shells and liked them very much. The proprietress is beautiful and kind, and super thoughtful

My Wife and I booked the Wutong Aromatic Hotel for a 4 -night stay during Chinese golden week in October 2024. What we love: 1 .The location is almost right on the beach, and there are many restaurants, food stores and supermarkets with-in walking distance. 2.The rooms and lobby area are super clean and tidy, Free airport-transfer is available. Our flight arrived after 10 pm ,and although we waited an hour for our luggage, the driver waited patiently for us and kept in contact by texting us. The service is absolutely AMAZING.I have to mention the manager, Mr. Ivan who always went the extra mile and always catered to our needs and ensured that we have a comfortable stay. When I sat in the lobby working on my laptop, Ivan kept supplying me with juice and water, free of charge. The bathtub!! I LOVED the bathtub on the balcony, with the AMAZING view over the beach and ocean. The view was STUNNING! We could wake up every morning and see the ocean. What could be improved: No. 1 - The breakfast. The breakfast consists of sausage, egg, a slice of bread (not toasted) and some salad ( cabbage?) And then either juice or milk. I would actually love some bacon, or a choice of either bacon or sausage. Instead of the salad, rather add a hash brown :) You could opt for coffee, but apparently it is charged extra ( However when I did not eat breakfast but ordered coffee only, they never charged me ) No. 2; The fitness room was unavailable at the time. So, Mr. Ivan, please fix the fitness room:) No. 3 Although tea is available in the room, there is no coffee. I strongly recommend the hotel supplies some Nescafe coffee sachets in the rooms as well.

I have to praise the service of this hotel! When I contacted the front desk for an emergency, they not only responded quickly, but also actively coordinated to help solve it, and patiently comforted me throughout the whole process. During my stay, the front desk Yuling always took the initiative to ask about my needs, from small things like providing sewing kits to big things like arranging itineraries. Everything was impeccable, awesome!

The room we stayed in was beautiful, clean and spacious. I love the balcony view! The bathroom is the best, with the smart toilet. However, the breakfast was poor, especially so-called western food. Juice and milk were dilluted with water! The pastry was too greasy and there was almost no sweets, cookies or cakes. No jam, marmalade or honey, either. The food was not refilled properly. The swimming pool is big but too warm, they don't cool it down. There are just two umbrellas and a couple of sunbeds next to the pool. The pool was not very clean and not maintained properly. Some electric wires were sticking out of the lights in the water, so dangerous! However, it's great for kids as there is a guard watching and the pool is open until late, 21:00 or 22:00. The staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, it has a great potential but management should be more vigilant about the maintanance.

Absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. Close by to a lot of amenities, local cuisine, western restaurants, bars, beach activities and most importantly…..shopping!!!! Able to easily order food from around the area and have it delivered to your hotel door. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. This little receptionist was able to carry my gigantic luggage by herself! The room and views were excellent and the room was clean. I would definitely make this a yearly trip. I highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Very comfortable room. You can see the sea view as soon as you open the door. It's super cool! Fruits are delivered every day and they are delicious! The room is clean and tidy. You can use Xiaodu to control the switch. The toilet is smart and easy to use. The bathtub is very large and it is very comfortable to take a bath. It was very lively downstairs at night when fireworks were set off. I stayed during the Spring Festival. It was very convenient to eat. There was a large projector in the room to watch movies. It was very cool! There is an airport pick-up service, but I didn't use it this time. The service staff was very good and responded promptly. It was a very good experience

We had a delightful stay at this accommodation! As we hired a private car to fetch us from railway station, we did not get the hotel to arrange for a pickup. It was actually a wrong move, especially on rainy days. We had a bit of adventure finding the accommodation from the main road (yellow dragon street) where we had to alight but thankfully, after we called the accommodation, one of their staff came out to look for us. The room we booked was on the same floor with the living room area of the accommodation where anyone could just peep to the mini pool that we had - so, not much privacy in that sense. We were uncomfortable initially as we were not used to but after a while, we felt ok. The room was good enough for us, the aircon was great, water pressure was fine etc. The bed was just of the right firmness for us as Asians. The power plugs were all working well. It was really beautiful watching sunrise and sunset from the balcony. I strongly recommend the room #301 if privacy isn't that important for you at the mini pool. The only thing that could not be helped was that there were pretty much of insects and maybe Sand flies, which, none the fault of the accommodation. My suggestion is to please bring insect repellant and spray a lot. I got bitten so badly (no, I did not even go to the beach) that I had to see doctor the minute I landed on my home ground. I do not mind going back to the same room again if I travel to Sanya again and for sure, please, if you are looking for instagrammable accommodation, this place is nothing sort of awesome content you can create!

The front desk contacted us by phone one day in advance and added WeChat to send the location, which was very considerate. The homestay has a swimming pool and a gym, which is very convenient for playing in the water and exercising. It is 7.80 meters away from the beach and only about 100 meters to the roadside to take a taxi, which is very convenient. The room is clean and tidy with a large area. For Tianya Town where cars cannot enter, Xingye is in an excellent location. Whether you go to take a taxi, the beach, or eat, it is a relatively close location!

Everything was absolutely great. It takes only 10 minutes from Sanya International Airport by taxi, the check-in process was simple and smooth. Breakfast was good. The amenities are well maintained, the swimming pool was super cool, it was fairly quiet and only few people were lounging around the pool during the day. I would definitely recommend the hotel. Super relaxing!

First of all, the front desk of the hotel is in a small villa area. The staff is attentive and enthusiastic. Contact us one day in advance to build a group. It is convenient to contact 👏👏. Take the family out to travel. The housekeeper receives us to the room. Secondly, the room is clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding is clean, the housekeeper is very intimate to remind that there may be more mosquitoes in the community, and the room has mosquito coil liquid 😌😌 During the stay, the housekeeper can solve the problem in time. Very satisfied! The room community is just a short walk from the sea! Children have fun. There is a small restaurant market around 😋😋 Very convenient! Finally, I am very grateful to the butler's service during the stay for giving you a thumbs up 👍👍
