It was hot in Hainan in late August, but the air conditioning in the hotel was not very effective, hovering around 30-31 degrees. I called the front desk to inquire, and someone came to debug it, but it didn't work. Then they said that only the computer room could adjust it. No further news followed.

Important to know that the pool doesn’t open until 2 or 3, but a few of hot springs are open and it is a very nice feature that is unique and lovely! The location is not on the beach road but a short walk, near lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is fine, clean but old and basic. The breakfast was not anything to talk about. If you want a pretty basic room, and nice pools and hot springs, for a very reasonable rate, this is a very good choice.

I came to Sanya for 8 days and experienced the best homestay hidden in the world. The accommodation environment is super good, the bedding is very comfortable, the room is very clean and tidy, the boss is very tasteful and the decoration style is very unique, the bathroom shampoo conditioner shower gel is also branded, the configuration is very complete, The customer service lady has questions and answers. Considering everything, the West Island Raiders sent in advance, according to the customer service lady's guide, do not step on the pit, a great homestay, it is very convenient to go out to eat snacks, very close to the beach, you can walk, the water in the West Island is very clear every day. Location is good, there is a light rail train station in front which offers easy access to the downtown shopping district. it also links to the Sanya train station. The beach front is about 500m away. However the surrounding area is noisy due to construction work near by. During our stay we experienced 2 black out due to power break down, each lasted about 3-4 hours. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Hilton Garden Inn , it was my first stay in this hotel, July 2022. It is a great hotel. The room is so clean and cozy. There is a TV set, a fridge, a comfortable king-size bed, an air-conditioner in the room. The room is cleaned every day. The hotel administrators are very kind and polite- it`s always nice to contact them for any request. I want to express my special thanks to Lisa as an Assistant director of sales. I got some questions during my stay in the hotel and she helped me solve any problems any time. She was always available, I could call her anytime. Thanks a million, dear Lisa. Wonderful place which met all my expectations. Next time I`ll be staying at this hotel again.

EXCELLENT ROOM, EXCELLENT SERVICES, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST! It’s one of the greatest experience ever! The chefs, the staff and the services were impeccable! We were frequent travellers and we were in awe by the scale of the hotel, the landscape, the design to details, we had one of the best stay ever! Kudos to executive chef Markus and chef Made of Babacoa, they provide us with extra care and hospitality! We were so blessed to know them! U have direct access to the beach and so many restaurants to choose from! We didn’t even leave to anywhere except to the duty free centre which is only 5 mins away. We love it so much!

3 nights stay with my family , it’s an amazing hotel . I would go highly recommend for those going to Sanya for holiday with family. You don’t have to worry about your kids doesn’t have nice food or entertainment . These hotel facilities are well maintained . Overall experience very great . Definitely I will be going back there with my family again. Specially thanks to Jessica and Grace as they very helpful and taking care on our daily arrangement . Again, thank you to both of you .

The room is clean and tidy, the front desk service is friendly, there is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the pier tourist center, which is very convenient, and the market street is next to it.

Anaya has always been my favorite type of hotel. I've stayed in Changli and Wuling Mountain and liked them both. This time I chose to stay in Sanya for two days. From the service to the environment, everything meets my aesthetic taste. Although the park is not big, I come here to enjoy the tranquility. The food in the first canteen is also very delicious, the cafe and bar are very good, and I really like the toiletries. I will come again!
