Thanks to the housekeeper Xixi for upgrading the room. As soon as you open the door, you can see the Chinese garden and swimming pool. It is also very pleasant to drink milk tea and be in a daze on the balcony. Thanks to the housekeeper Xixi, the fruit sent the next day, the fruit in Sanya is sweet. I have always liked the feeling of staying at Swiss Mercure. The Chinese garden style makes people feel very comfortable. The hotel is very close to Baihua Valley and Yalong Bay Night Market. This time I took my father out for a trip. It is very convenient to eat and go to the beach. We walked from the hotel to the public beach of Yalong Bay for 5 minutes, looked at the sea, and also had the exclusive beach lounge chair of the hotel. Looking at the sea, going swimming, the whole person relaxed, what can't be contained by the ocean. Every day at noon and evening, I strolled around and ate in Baihua Valley, tasting the special Hainan cuisine: Wenchang chicken, mantis shrimp, Boston lobster, cool tonic, shaved ice, dregs vinegar hot pot, various Sichuan fusion dishes, and the mood of traveling was also very pleasant. Take a taxi from the hotel to Yalong Bay Forest Park, the starting price is about 10 yuan. It's only 27 kilometers to Wuzhizhou Island, a half-hour drive. The mood for three days is very good. The hotel's buffet is served from 700 to 11:30 every morning, with a variety of Chinese and Western food: my favorite white radish roast duck, grilled sausage and bacon, dessert bread (love butter jam), a variety of delicious noodles, and my favorite raw beef slices (with salad dressing) and vegetable salad. Sitting in the restaurant and looking at the small fish pond outside, the taste and vision are both double enjoyment. The three-day stay experience is very comfortable. The aunt's room is also cleaned very clean, and two more bottles of water will be sent to us every day. Thanks again to Xixi housekeeper for your attention at any time. I will come again next time and recommend friends to stay (this time I also saw the ethnic torch performance of the Hainan girl, which is also an easter egg) The air conditioning temperature in the room at night is very cool and powerful (very friendly to me, a person who is afraid of heat). In the hot water and comfortable temperature of the shower, you can relieve your fatigue from a day's trip and welcome a new day!

I had a pleasant stay. The room is very small, but clean. The furniture is old and a little out dated. The hotel staff including the concierge were friendly and accommodating, Vanessa was the only staff to speak English. She gave me so much help and services. The hotel location is great with a private lounger on the beach. The breakfast was rich. The hotel allowed me to check out late which was nice of them, I had an afternoon flight.

The view is partially very beautiful (except for the extremely ugly buildings below and around the hotel). The location isn't directly on the beach but it's very close. Very nice location. It's close to all the shops as well. The facilities are nice, however, the bath robes I had were extremely worn, frayed and haggard. I definitely would not keep it in any hotel. The TV and bedside light were broken. These things should be easy to fix? I was in one of the more expensive rooms. This is just negligence and easily avoidable by the hotel. Customer service is very delightful. They did offer me free snacks and drinks upon arriving, in order to give more time to prepare the room. The snacks and fruit are in the photo. That was nice. I also came back to the hotel one day to find a birthday cake in my room. Quite delicious and very thoughtful. I really appreciated that. Very good gesture, thank you! If the price was cheaper I would go there again. However, there are better hotels around for this price. Still, it's very nice.

Firstly the concierge at the front desk was easy to contact before arriving at the hotel. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary so I asked them to plan ahead whatever they could and they prepared some cake and a romantic bed setup. The front desk clerk was available at most times during the day if we had any questions or requests. The selected villa room was spacious and very comfortable. Room service did a good job daily and they were very understanding. The hotels facilities are pretty great. All maintained well. The location of the hotel is superb for yalong bay, it’s walking distance from the beach. The breakfasts weren’t bad either, and the breakfast time was up until 12:00 which is amazing. This was a fantastic experience and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Sanya for leisure.

We stayed in 4 different hotels during this vacation and Pullman Yalong was by far the most disappointing one, although to be honest part of it comes from expectations. Pullman Yalong is a decent 3-4 star hotel, whose main problem is that expectations associated with the brand make it seem to be something it is not. Chinese breakfast is actually quite decent and has a wide range including MaLaTang, if you are craving Western food though it probably isn't worth the price. They have a big sign near the lobby recommending that you should not bring delivery food to your room, due to health and safety reasons, but feel free to ignore that. We ordered both room service and outside delivery on several occasions and deliveries were definitely a better option. Plus there is a food court and a supermarket not far from the hotel. The pool is quite big and its lower section is well shaded as well which a plus. However it was a major disappointment that the slide was closed(long term) as well as the cool cave you might see on the hotel's photos. On top of that there are some downright ridiculous designs ideas including a horrible pool access and sharp edge stairs inside the pool. The beach in Yalong is all public, but the access to it is limited by occasional path between some of the front row resorts. What this means in practice is that you will have a bit of a walk having to go around Marriot in Pullman's case. The room was OK, even had a bath and a walk-in wardrobe. The high point was the balcony above the pool. Signs of disrepair are visible around the hotel, but to be honest this seems to be the Yalong/Sanya standard at least for the 4 star hotels we stayed in. Jacky, I hope I got the name right, who worked in the lobby/shuttle car was great though. Not because he spoke good English(which he did), but because he had a problem solving attitude and wasn't afraid to approach guests to offer help.
