Find the Best Romantic Hotels Sanya

The view is partially very beautiful (except for the extremely ugly buildings below and around the hotel). The location isn't directly on the beach but it's very close. Very nice location. It's close to all the shops as well. The facilities are nice, however, the bath robes I had were extremely worn, frayed and haggard. I definitely would not keep it in any hotel. The TV and bedside light were broken. These things should be easy to fix? I was in one of the more expensive rooms. This is just negligence and easily avoidable by the hotel. Customer service is very delightful. They did offer me free snacks and drinks upon arriving, in order to give more time to prepare the room. The snacks and fruit are in the photo. That was nice. I also came back to the hotel one day to find a birthday cake in my room. Quite delicious and very thoughtful. I really appreciated that. Very good gesture, thank you! If the price was cheaper I would go there again. However, there are better hotels around for this price. Still, it's very nice.

We stayed in 4 different hotels during this vacation and Pullman Yalong was by far the most disappointing one, although to be honest part of it comes from expectations. Pullman Yalong is a decent 3-4 star hotel, whose main problem is that expectations associated with the brand make it seem to be something it is not. Chinese breakfast is actually quite decent and has a wide range including MaLaTang, if you are craving Western food though it probably isn't worth the price. They have a big sign near the lobby recommending that you should not bring delivery food to your room, due to health and safety reasons, but feel free to ignore that. We ordered both room service and outside delivery on several occasions and deliveries were definitely a better option. Plus there is a food court and a supermarket not far from the hotel. The pool is quite big and its lower section is well shaded as well which a plus. However it was a major disappointment that the slide was closed(long term) as well as the cool cave you might see on the hotel's photos. On top of that there are some downright ridiculous designs ideas including a horrible pool access and sharp edge stairs inside the pool. The beach in Yalong is all public, but the access to it is limited by occasional path between some of the front row resorts. What this means in practice is that you will have a bit of a walk having to go around Marriot in Pullman's case. The room was OK, even had a bath and a walk-in wardrobe. The high point was the balcony above the pool. Signs of disrepair are visible around the hotel, but to be honest this seems to be the Yalong/Sanya standard at least for the 4 star hotels we stayed in. Jacky, I hope I got the name right, who worked in the lobby/shuttle car was great though. Not because he spoke good English(which he did), but because he had a problem solving attitude and wasn't afraid to approach guests to offer help.

I am here third time and will come again for the experience. Good prompt service. I wish the garden pool was working. Roof top pool is great. Warm pool on the roof is more popular in this season then the cold one but should make sure the water is cleaned well with so many swimmers and kids.

EXCELLENT ROOM, EXCELLENT SERVICES, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST! It’s one of the greatest experience ever! The chefs, the staff and the services were impeccable! We were frequent travellers and we were in awe by the scale of the hotel, the landscape, the design to details, we had one of the best stay ever! Kudos to executive chef Markus and chef Made of Babacoa, they provide us with extra care and hospitality! We were so blessed to know them! U have direct access to the beach and so many restaurants to choose from! We didn’t even leave to anywhere except to the duty free centre which is only 5 mins away. We love it so much!

Fantastic view! Really enjoyed the balcony bathtub as well. Interior room was spacious enough for me, a solo traveler. Overall a great stay!

My friend and I really love staying at this hotel. We had a great experience. The staff is friendly, kind and professional. Whenever we had any concerns as foreigners, they assisted us. My friend and I always looked to forward to their breakfast🤤. The breakfast is delicious, warm with plenty options. And the time for breakfast lasted up to 1pm🫡. The location is close by to the beach but I think I had love staying at the hotel and swimming in pool. Because we loved staying at the hotel, our only suggestion is that the hotel can perhaps consider western food for their dinner menu. Nevertheless, I highly recommended this hotel to anyone considering on staying in Sanya

Absolutely amazing experience at the MO! From the moment you arrive (and before even, when I called ahead,) the level of service is nothing short of excellent! Every single member of staff is polite, helpful, kind and really goes above and beyond! I had everything I needed and more, and at every step I was made to feel welcome. A few absolute shining lights: Alex at check in who was kind enough to upgrade my room to an Ocean View King, Nicky, Chloe and Ryan at the Sunset Bar were absolutely wonderful - and my poolside dining experience was beyond incredible! Caroline at Fresh (superb dining with the best view) Nick and Dennis at the pool bringing water, snacks and being very patient with my requests for the umbrella to be put up and down. Sunny at breakfast for a very warm welcome. Honestly - I’ve never had an experience like this - the attention to detail, the care, the kindness were just all excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and all amenities are provided for. The fruit plate was replenished and was so thoughtfully and beautifully presented. There are three pools to choose from, all idyllic. I ate at Fresh and the Sunset Bar, and both were amazing. The cocktails at the Sunset Bar are sublime! The breakfast is divine - definitely something for everyone: there are so many choices! The only slightly disappointing part was that swimming in the sea isn’t really encouraged. It’s very rocky and full of coral so not really a pleasant walk either, but the view is lovely. I visited after staying in Yalong Bay, and I will say it was nice to be in a quieter location. Mixed feelings about this hotel. We arrived early and got early check in, which is nice and special preparation for birthday celebration etc. however staff and management of this hotel are very under trained. First of all, luggage was mixed up and sent someone else’s to our room. That first night they hosted in their pitch some company’s event which is fairly noisy and even heard karaoke singing throughout the night. When we try to complain, staff only replied systematic replies, said no notification for such events and later confirm that there is (after a few complaints). They also refer me by “laws” the people from that company can do as they want till 9pm. This is very unbearably for 5 stars hotel standard like rosewood. The next morning, similar things happened. Yoga class at 8am blasting music at the same pitch. Overall it’s a very nice hotel but service is not up to standard at all. 硬件很好，可惜其他地方对不起瑰丽这个品牌。草坪租出去公司活动，一整晚在唱ktv。服务生机械式回话，完全不是五星级的水平。 如果需要，我可以提供几个视频给参考。

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. Initially, I was skeptical about visiting China due to some negative hotel reviews I had read. However, this trip completely changed my perspective. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Chelsey Yang was incredibly attentive when my daughter had a splinter in her foot, providing medical care right at the breakfast buffet. My daughter was in so much pain that she wouldn't let me near her, but Chelsey managed to calm her down and treat her effectively. Our butler, Fiona, was always responsive to our requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. The photographer captured beautiful photos of our family, creating memories we will cherish forever. The room was immaculate, and with only 200 units at the resort, we enjoyed the beach and restaurants almost entirely to ourselves. The privacy and lack of crowds were a significant plus for us. The kids had a fantastic time at Club Hyatt, participating in various activities such as oil painting, soap making, clay modeling, crab catching, tent making with coconut leaves, and even climbing coconut trees. This allowed us to have much-needed time to ourselves, knowing our children were well taken care of and entertained. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with this resort. The excellent service, clean facilities, and engaging activities for kids made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly vacation in China.
