There are 13 of us and we booked 7 rooms in this B & B. The location is excellent and within a few meter from the sea. They have a few designs for the room, the rooms are clean and tidy with all the basic necessity. The staff are warm and always with a sweet smile. The only set back for this hotel is it does not have a lift but this does not prevent them for providing you a good service. All the luggage are brought to your room when you check in and down when you check out. I was staying on the 5th floor, there was a night where we asked for ices on two continuous occasion, their willingness to serve you is reflected on their smiling face. After checking out, I realised that one of my package did not reach me and was still in village courier service center, I seek their help to go to the center to collect the package and courier it back to me, the package is already in my procession. On the day when we checked out, as an appreciation to the guy who has been running up and down the hotel to provide us the service, I offered him a RMB 100 tip and he refused to accept even I insisted, his response was it was their responsibility and obligation, also thanking us for choosing to stay there. I will not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip.

You get why you pay for in this hotel. Definitely worth the money, but some things to keep in mind: Pros : location, it’s basically on the beach, it’s one of the few hotels in the area with a working elevator, the room sizes are big for the money you pay, the water pressure is strong Cons: due to being on the party ***** it’s loud. In the afternoon the Brazilian bbq blares music, the evening there is a Live singer playing loudly. No afternoon nap opportunities unless you can sleep through noise. They lock the hotel doors after a certain time. If you arrive when they are locked you have to call the Baoan to let you in. He will do it, but is grumpy enough to make the situation uncomfortable.

Staying at this hotel was a really great experience!!! It's located 5 minutes away from the beach, but in the quite area, so you won't have any problems trying to fall asleep. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed, including super comfortable spotless beds and a projector for watching movies. Unfortunately, we stuck in Sanya during the epidemic and had to stay longer than we planned to. The owner of the hotel was a really generous, kind and caring person , who not only made a discount for us, but also was helping us with every single question we had. She tried her best to find some food for us and provided some kitchen utilities for free. She was also constantly updating us on the new epidemic policies and would give a piece of advice on how to arrange the flight. We were absolutely happy to meet such a kind and sweethearted person. Another very important point to mention is a patio on the top floor of the hotel. Apart from having a great view on the mountains, trees and see, we could also use washing machine any time we wanted and dry out clothes on the fresh air. Although the patio space seems to be quite small, it was full of chairs, tables and swings, so if you're traveling with friends, it would be a perfect place to have dinner at or prepare some homemade food. Hopefully, the epidemic will be over soon and I can come to stay at this place again! Thank you for hospitality! We're blessed to meet such a great couple, that owns the hotel!!

Hygiene: clean and tidy Environment: simple and elegant Service: The front desk works carefully and meticulously The overall experience is good, just what we wanted. There is a public viewing balcony on the 4th floor. It occupies the C position of Queens Bay. Grab a cup of coffee and lie down on the lounge chair. You can stay there all afternoon. It is comfortable. This is what we stayed for 5 days in a row. Reason 😃 ps: To highlight, there is an elevator😬😬

I LOVED the 7am yoga watching the sunrise on the terrace. It was overlooking the beach and great location. Rooms were simple and nice. Water filtered downstairs. The only downside was it was loud at night till about 11pm. They were renovating downstairs entrance to the beach so will be a much better beach entrance once complete.

The room with 120-degree floor-to-ceiling windows is very spacious for the three of us, with a good view. The decoration style of the room is very distinctive. It is not like the stereotyped hotel style, but a bit of internet celebrity fashion ins style. The room has a dressing table. And it is also equipped with lights, three kinds of lights can be adjusted, which is very friendly to make-up, and the washbasin and bathroom are separated from wet and dry, which is really convenient. The cotton bedding is very good and breathable. The bed is neither hard nor soft, and it is very comfortable to sleep on. The location of this store is very close to the snack street. It is very convenient to eat and drink. There are seas on the left and right sides, whether you are playing on the beach It’s very convenient to surf or go to the pier to catch the sea. If you go to Wuzhizhou Island, it only takes 1 minute to get to the ticket gate. It’s really good. I come here often. I will choose this kind of homestay next time. Very convenient location in the entrance of the town, super clean and the people from the hotel are nice, 3 min from the beach the only problem is that if you want to sleep early there’s a lot of noise from the Main Street and in the morning from the school in front

Driving from Haitang Bay to the Tenghai community is very traffic jam. It is recommended to arrive before 11:30 noon when the road conditions are better. The traffic jam will start at 13:00 in the afternoon. When you are about to arrive, contact the hotel to send a battery car to pick you up. Just wait at the drop-off point. The battery car will drive directly to the hotel entrance. Check in at 14:00. The invincible sea view ➕🛁 is irresistible, very considerate to provide bath balls and disposable bathtub bags, there are many surfers on the beach 🏄 very popular, the room is small and exquisite, with complete facilities, the corner sofa sitting next to the bed is very practical, It's just right for two people to live in. The white room is very beautiful, but there is the sound of decoration during the day, and the high music in the downstairs bar stops at 11:40 at night. There are various restaurants and bars near the hotel. You can experience it in Houhai. It feels great. The bar on the first floor of the hotel is still being renovated, and I look forward to seeing that the renovated smart housekeeper on the first floor is basically useless next year. It is more convenient to have a switch at the head of the bed

The store owner is very welcoming. The room is large and much more comfortable than a hotel. It may be the off-season recently. The boss also upgraded my room type for free, which is great! This is my favorite room! Who knows? It’s so nice to take a bath and look at the sea view! I really like this bathtub. It just fits the room. The sample in the room is also very good. It smells of gardenia. I left the store. Hahahahaha. When I left, the boss also gave me a souvenir: partridge tea. ! A very pleasant hotel experience. I will stay here again when I visit Houhai in the future!

The service from this homestay was exceptional!! The front desk got in contact with me via wechat before my stay and arranged shuttle pickup from the entrance of the village. She answered all my questions promptly throughout my stay and was kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, towels clean and good. However I think the hotel could strengthen cleaning around the toilet floor a little better ( the toilet was a bidet & had seat warming, Inside was clean!) Also clean up the beach in front, it was very dirty and is a little sad to see. I read many reviews about noise complaints, but by 00:00 everything was quiet and peaceful ( or maybe I was very tired and didn’t hear) I enjoyed my massage chair immensely Thank you for the wonderful stay!
