Great views from both sides: once to the see side and another one the airport of Sanya. There is a river close to the hotel. It is lovely to sit at night on a balcony and enjoying the nice views. Hospitality and service are great, different choices of food, more Chinese cuisine. Managers are doing great job. Also, there is a shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel. There are restaurants in the hotel, as well as there is a mall with restaurants, pharmacy and go-mart shop. I would come to this hotel again.

The second night I stayed, when I checked in at noon the day before, I told the front desk that it was okay and I repeated the confirmation that I needed to pick up the airport at 7 am the next morning. When I arrived in the lobby the next morning, there was no car and asked the front desk yesterday. Without registration, I don’t understand how the front desk staff treated work the day before. I can forget this kind of thing. Fortunately, if I have enough time, I’ll miss the flight.

Very satisfied with the stay. It was a bit early to get off the Sansha cruise ship in the morning. When we arrived at the hotel, we originally wanted to store our luggage and wait for check-in in the afternoon, but Lu Zhongqi at the front desk said that there was a room available and let us check in in advance. It was just in time to make some repairs. Thank you very much. The room is also very large, and the parent-child suite is cute and has many elements for children. You can see the airport and planes taking off and landing from the balcony. It was a little noisy, but I didn't feel noisy when I closed the door, and it didn't affect my sleep. The swimming pool downstairs looks good, with a dedicated area for children and a slide. The two lifeguards also kept an eye on me, which was very reassuring. There are also many varieties of breakfast, including freshly ground coffee.

The hotel has a very good location and the room are really spacious and well prepared. It was very clean and everyday they came and clean the room deeply. A unique experience with a warm welcome and a very nice and wonderful service from Ian Lan! (Speaking english), he helps us everyday and arrange everything for us. Any questions, he can answer. And he also anticipates our needs which more than perfect! One improvement that the hotel should do is to improve the offer for lunch and dinner. A little bit more possibilities will be great. (We are also in china and lot of possibilities around for deliveries anyway)

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel despite it only being for one night. The hotel was actually split into two: the hotel building where you find the lobby, restaurants and various amenities, then the hotel room complex across the road - little villa type housing with individual hotel rooms and pretty outdoor pool. The room we stayed in was spacious, if a little dated in terms of room decor. Staff were as supportive and friendly as they could be. But the hotel’s amenities (mainly the gym) were worse than expected. When we asked hotel staff where the gym was, they happily directed us to it (a couple of floors up from the lobby, on a floor that looked like it was going through renovation). It was a small fitness room that was dirty, had non-functional machines (but no word from hotel staff or signage to say not to use the machines that we could see) and no AC. I tried turning on the treadmill, only to see it go from 0-20 with a second (thankfully I wasn’t standing on it!). Bit of a shame. One thing we loved about this hotel, and the room we stayed in was the close proximity to the beach. We could walk there within a minute!

This hotel has impressed me very much with the warmth and courtesy from everyone in the hotel，especially the front desk staffs Joy and 小蔡. I definitely will come back to this hotel in the future and recommend to anyone who is considering of booking . BTW the garden courtyard and the oversized swimming pool are so fantastic.

I accidentally found such a store online and checked in unexpectedly. Everything in the room is new, and the boss has done formaldehyde treatment. Super awesome. It is convenient to travel to the ends of the earth and the West Island. It is very convenient to go to Tianya Town. The room comes with family style breakfast. It tastes good and feels like home. The child has a cold. The boss even accidentally cooked Chaos. Full of love. You can also take your little friends to watch the plane take off. It’s really suitable for bringing children, and it’s highly cost-effective to recommend to friends!

This is a great hotel if you need to be close to the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. You can even hire a scooter from them for the day. Sound insulation: The noise from the planes flying over head doesn't bother one. However, sound does carry if people talk loudly from other rooms and the reception area. The room is clean and has beautiful decor. Just something to note: The bathroom is an all in one (shower and toilet).

Newly renovated hotel, the lobby is filled with Xinjiang gadgets that really attracted me, especially the magic lamp. The Xinjiang girl at the front desk provided very good service, the room did not have the smell of a newly renovated room, the hotel business was very good, when we checked in around 13:00 the room had not been cleaned yet, the room was very wide with a balcony, there was a group of lambs outside, I really wanted to go down and take pictures, but unfortunately I could not take pictures on the roof. It was a surprise to open the door. The house was very clean and the feeling was bright. The room was double balcony. The bathroom was separated from wet and dry. This hotel is very basic and old. There were some DIY fixes in the room. The shower and toilet has no separation. The highlight of this hotel is the area. So close to the beach. In my opinion this is the best part of Sanya . So quiet and not many tourists. The hotel had a little convenience store which was very nice and well~priced. There is a nice Viet-Thai restaurant nearby as well as a burger king, starbucks and KFC. Reception was nice and helpful. If I ever visit Sanya again, I would book this hotel for the Location, but next time I will book a room with an open balcony.
