Hotels near Jiqing Plaza, Serenity Coast in Sanya

This is the most cost-effective and satisfying hotel in downtown Sanya that I have stayed in. The girls at the front desk are all super enthusiastic and feel like a spring breeze. They even upgraded the room type for us for free. The hotel has beach toys that you can borrow. It is very fun to take your baby to play with the sand. The sand here in Xiaodonghai is not as fine as that in Sanya Bay. Yes, but it is very interesting to catch the sea. Sitting by the pool at night, enjoying the wind, eating a buffet dinner, is very pleasant. If I didn't rush to other places, I still want to live here.

It’s a lovely place. All the other comments I agree with. They should repair walkway around pool ( very minor issue but not a good first impression as I first accessed the hotel from the beach). It’s a beautiful hotel. Room comfy/ luxurious as well as outdoor sofa on balcony VERY comfy for relaxing. A complaint: cutting the lawn almost all day on the Sunday from breakfast time all the way into the afternoon. Can you maybe reserve this not for the weekend/ Sunday? Ironically weekend guests spend more to get to Sanya and stay here than a weekday guest. There was also a wedding on the Saturday afternoon and evening ( so noisy on both days). But despite this, incredibly charming place. If the rate was more affordable I would have stayed Friday and Saturday night but only stayed one night due to price for a solo traveller ( hotel is empty)… Thank you for my stay.

The hotel is relatively new with big rooms: big balcony and shower room. A big and clean pool is a plus. It is possible to check out at 6 pm for the 50% room price (no discount). The rooms were cleaned every day. There is some noise from the street for the sensitive people. Overall recommended

This was the second time I stayed here. The room is a well furnished, spacious room with a large bathroom. The staff took a long time with check in, the first staff member didn’t seem to know what to do. They could not speak English. But the staff were generally friendly and very helpful. The swimming pool is in the grounds of the sister hotel across the road. Good location close to Dadonghai beach. Good value

The staff at the hotel were very friendly. The location is great, right on the beach with a great view and close to IPK, the beach bar and walking distance from Dolphin bar. Would recommend any to stay here.

Share your experience of staying in Haiyun Island: Advantages: It is close to the sea, there are beaches and rocks, you can catch the sea, and the scenery is not bad; the location is a high-end community, close to the city, there are KFC and supermarkets next to it, and what else is there in Shanghai Hua? In the shopping mall, the butler service responds in a timely manner. The rooms are large and have large balconies. They are fully equipped with home appliances and can also cook. Disadvantages: There is no catering. You have to go to nearby restaurants or order takeaways to eat. However, they can provide catering discounts at the InterContinental Hotel, so I don’t mind. If you go out to eat, Haiyun Island is your first choice.

Such a pleasant stay. Service was good, pool was perfect for children and the elderly. Incredibly close to the beach. Breakfast good as well. Loved it here and would love to stay again.

Before I arrived I am satisfied with the advanced calling for my preferences and it’s nice to add my butler’s Wechat in advance. However, my butler didn’t give me any greetings when I arrived at hotel and the some staff at front desk didn’t have good training when I check in because they didn’t remind me to verify my info and asked me to go back to the lobby to do that when I have arrived my room already actually my room was so far from the lobby!!! At night I found a black spot under my bed and housekeeper said its sesame I’m quite surprised for such big sesame… After I expressed my feelings to the duty mgr Mr. Hensen Feng, he patiently replied me for these terrible experience one by one and he offered me satisfactory solutions and these plans are creditable including the FnB vouchers. I admired that, simultaneously he communicated with his colleagues after my complaints right now and housekeeping depar**ent offered me a gift as compensation. As a member of IHG, although my experience was particularly terrible at the beginning of my journey, I stiil admired the mgr s and their high work efficiency and good service attitude .

Stayed 3 nights here. Checking in was efficient and we also communicated with staff Wendy if we had any queries. She was fast and polite in responding to us. We booked a cozy king room. Some of our view was obstructed by some construction works going on next to our hotel so its recommended to upgrade to a better room if you want full sea view! Overall was a good and happy stay. Convenient to the night market and a mall but had to do some walking. Not very near to the beach, need some walking :) We also enjoyed the simple afternoon tea provided complimentary by the hotel.
