The room is quite decent, and the breakfast buffet was relatively good. However, the front desk service did not meet the expectations based on the previous review. One of their staff is extremely unhelpful and rude. Overall, our stay are quite pleasant but don't think we will choose to stay here again.

We drove around the island to Sanya and chose this hotel to check the room and stay for 2 days. We booked a three-person room for an upgraded family room with a sea view and can see a small part of the sea view. The swimming pool of the hotel is pretty good. You can see the sea on the top floor. The decoration style of the restaurant is very modern, and the dining looks very comfortable. The service at the front desk is very good and friendly. The parking is very convenient. You can park at the entrance of the lobby. You don't need to drive to eat around. There are many restaurants and snack streets. It's a 5-minute walk from Sanya Bay. There are so many people on the beach. Maybe it's because of the summer vacation. If you have a budget, you can choose this hotel to stay. The three of us only spent more than 300 yuan to live in a sea view room. We should have everything. Ha ha.

Stayed 3 nights here. Checking in was efficient and we also communicated with staff Wendy if we had any queries. She was fast and polite in responding to us. We booked a cozy king room. Some of our view was obstructed by some construction works going on next to our hotel so its recommended to upgrade to a better room if you want full sea view! Overall was a good and happy stay. Convenient to the night market and a mall but had to do some walking. Not very near to the beach, need some walking :) We also enjoyed the simple afternoon tea provided complimentary by the hotel.

Very good breakfast but had no time to try lunch and dinner. Good place . Just negative point, receptionists don't speak English.

Come to participate in the marathon and book a hotel nearby with double standards. Due to room availability, the hotel took the initiative to upgrade to a superior business suite with breakfast, which couldn't be more superior! One living room, one bedroom and two bathrooms. The living room is very large, you can also make Kung Fu tea, and the sofas are all made of leather. The room is also large and has a very comfortable rocking chair. The guest bathroom has a washing machine, and the master bathroom also has a bathtub. Both bathrooms are separated from dry and wet areas, and both are equipped with smart toilets. Breakfast for two is morning tea. The service attitude of the hotel is very good.

From my client: I stayed in the modern part of the hotel on the 13th floor. The view was stunning, the room was huge, and there were many amenities inside. The strangest thing was that the room lacked a refrigerator and kitchen utensils. In December (during my stay), the pool was completely closed, and there was no information about it. In fact, you find out about it not at the reception, but at the pool itself. As an experienced traveler who always moves around on my own, the hotel's location was quite advantageous. There are many small cafes nearby, a long beach, a beautiful wooden promenade, and several public transport stops, which are a 5-15 minute walk away. The hotel has private parking, which is convenient if you have rented a car. What can I say about breakfast? The reception and breakfast restaurant are located in the old part of the hotel. There is little lighting, the decor is old, and there is little aesthetic appeal. The cuisine is Chinese with elements of European food. Tourists who bought package tours and stayed in this part of the hotel had much worse rooms (the rooms were not renovated at all, the carpets were old, the wall paint was not great) than I did, who booked accommodation through this app. I would like to separately mention the work of the staff. The employees only speak Chinese, and they have no desire to assist you if you are a foreigner because they seem shocked and totally confused by you. Upon check-in, they did not provide any additional gifts that were provided by Trip.com when purchasing accommodation. As they say, the law there is one: if you need something, you have to insist on it using a Chinese translator and supporting documents. By the way, upon check-in, you have to leave a deposit, and most importantly, keep the deposit receipt so that you can get it back later.

The hotel has a great location for families,for a single person it's a bit far from all the fun (but solvable by Didi).The room was really nice, super clean,the staff friendly, fast&easy to get to the airport, and there were some nice restaurants walking distance. Breakfast was totally worth it (58rmb), good selection of Chinese and western food.You just need to cross the road to be at the beach which was awesome!The pool is placed over the entrance so it gives a nice view, it's quite small tho and there are only like six sunbeds. Overall, I would def recommend it :)

This hotel was lovely, the view was amazing it’s right next to the ocean. I could see the ocean from my bed it was so nice and it had a lovely balcony where you could hear the ocean waves at night it was so nice. I didn’t much like the breakfast though and it’s also next to the helicopter sightseeing place so it’s gets a little noisy during the day.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Really friendly and polite staff, one spoke english as well for Foreigners that can't speak Chinese, plus the set up for our Daughter in the family suite was very thoughtful. She had sinks she could reach, cute panda toothbrushes delivered every day, her own themed cup, toys to play with, mini robe, her own bed all though she preferred the big one haha, shoes etc. That was the greatest plus with this hotel, she absolutely loved it because of those details. The view is beautiful as well, clean but old rooms I'd say, it was worn down quite a bit so maintaining the hotel is definitely something they would have to work on. Several Restaurants close by also for online delivery. The biggest downside with this hotel is the beach unfortunately. We chose this place because of a more quiet beach, we thought the least, but the water scooters/jet skies roaming around constantly forced us to take a taxi to the busy beaches. The smell of gas was horrible and very strong when the jet skies passed by as they are driving where everyone is swimming. Very unhealthy to breathe in and they are about 6-8 of them driving by all the time, nothing I would want anyone to breathe in and it is a safety concern, they could literally drive over you anytime. Later at night when they had all left the beach it was a great place for shell picking though. The more busy beaches have set up restrictions for these water jet skies, which prohibits them from driving there, therefore next time we go to Sanya we will choose one of the hotels around Yalong or Dadonghai. You constantly hear helicopters flying as well, but you sort of get used to that.

The Four Seasons Ocean Courtyard Hotel Sanya is a nice destination for those seeking a convenient location in the city, a pleasant stay, reasonable prices and great amenities. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and each stay has been wonderful. Whenever I visit Sanya, this hotel is always on my list. The check-in process is smooth, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the balcony offers stunning panoramic views where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. One of the highlights of staying here is the breathtaking infinity pool, absolutely love the views! Additionally, the hotel provides a small playground for kids and a fish pool. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Sanya.
