We arrived at the hotel around 6 PM on the 23rd. We had anticipated the typhoon would arrive at 8 PM as per the forecast, but it turned out to be inaccurate. Even at 10 PM, the pool was still bustling with people enjoying themselves. Later that evening, I took a stroll from my room to the observation deck at the end of the corridor and noticed that the staff had already prepared all the sandbags for flood prevention. The front desk staff were very friendly, and our butler, Luy, was incredibly thoughtful. They even arranged for a fruit platter to be placed in our room while we were out for dinner. I felt the value for money was excellent. The facilities are comprehensive, and there's a supermarket conveniently located right next to the hotel's elevators. The road outside the lobby entrance was undergoing repairs, but this didn't affect our ability to hail a taxi; cabs were readily available nearby. On pleasant days, it's also very convenient to walk to the local market for a meal. In the evenings, the hotel pool was lively with many children, and the staff were diligently supervising, blowing whistles, and giving reminders to ensure safety. It's very convenient for families with children, and the hotel's playground is also quite spacious. By the way, in the evenings, both older gentlemen and young people could be seen sea fishing downstairs. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and felt very welcoming. The scenery here is beautiful, regardless of the weather.

Specifically, the swimming pool area boasted crystal-clear water, exquisite landscape design, and excellent surrounding facilities. The garden landscape, on the other hand, was rich and layered, with meticulously maintained greenery, showcasing an elegant charm at every turn and adding a great deal of natural delight to the stay. Regarding dining, the hotel offered a rich and diverse variety of dishes, covering different flavors and tastes to satisfy the culinary needs of all guests. Moreover, stringent controls were in place for ingredient freshness and presentation quality, resulting in both excellent taste and appealing appearance, which truly guaranteed a high-quality dining experience. On the service front, the butler service was particularly outstanding. The butler team was prompt in their responses, professional in their demeanor, and incredibly thoughtful. Their meticulous attention to detail, from guiding guests through check-in and responding to requests to offering personalized care, was evident throughout. They proactively addressed any issues guests might have, truly embodying the hotel's high-quality service standards and making the entire stay convenient and exceptionally comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future and highly recommend it to my friends and family.

I originally came to Sanya on a whim to escape the pollen allergies up north. I didn't put much thought into it and just booked a hotel conveniently located near the airport. To my pleasant surprise, the hotel front desk upgraded me to a spacious room with an excellent view. Later, I connected with our dedicated butler, Elva, via WeChat. Her service was absolutely outstanding – she was incredibly responsive and always went above and beyond. She promptly answered my questions even late at night and proactively checked each day for the most convenient time to service the room. I'm truly grateful for her exceptional care. The housekeeping staff were very diligent, and communication with them was always smooth. The hotel's environment is fantastic, and it even has a private underground passage that leads directly to the beach. The breakfast spread offered a rich variety of options and tasted delicious. I was very satisfied.

To be honest, I usually don't like leaving negative reviews, but I genuinely feel the facilities here simply don't justify the price. The room had a musty smell, and even after we were moved to a different one, it was still far from satisfactory. The butler, to their credit, was quite attentive (my overall rating does factor in the decent butler service). They brought the room key to us and even helped deliver a fruit platter. However, as we arrived quite late and the hotel had a very high occupancy rate, there were no further options to switch rooms. We just had to tolerate it for one night. The next day, we moved to the hotel next door; it was cheaper, and we were very satisfied with the room there. The outdated facilities are a significant drawback. Also, I felt the room size wasn't consistent with what was advertised during booking; perhaps common areas were factored into the stated size. Furthermore, was this hotel really renovated in 2016? It certainly doesn't look like it, appearing so dated.

The front desk BELLA's service is warm, the hotel room is clean, the water park is very good, there are many restaurants in the hotel park, it is very convenient, recommended. There is a shopping mall and a food court next to it! I will stay here next time!

We had a split stay between the holiday inn and another resort in a different area of Sanya. Unfortunately the holiday inn location is not ideal unless you don’t plan to leave the hotel. The hotel itself was great and lots to do for kids! Very equipped towards children for example so many feeding chairs, children’s cutlery, little extras like smaller slippers in the room. Really good! The food was average, there was a lot of variety but the quality of it wasn’t anything special and could deffo improve. Best part was the WeChat butler service! Mr Wesley was so informative and attentive for everything. Service was entirely in English too, big plus!! He sent a small gift for my daughter on our last night and it was the cherry on top of the cake for how great he had been during our stay.

As soon as you step out, you're greeted by at least 180-degree unobstructed sea views. You can feel the gentle lapping of the waves while lying in bed. In the mornings, watch yachts majestically depart from the inner harbor. At sunrise and sunset, the sky glows with a rosy hue, mingling with the shimmering water, creating picture-perfect moments that look like they're straight out of a magazine. The room itself is spacious, bright, and airy, with no unpleasant smells. Opening both the room door and balcony doors simultaneously allows the sea breeze to gently flow through, which is incredibly refreshing. The balcony is also huge and even features a small splash pool for children to play in. The bedding felt very comfortable. * **Excellent Service Experience**: Upon check-in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Throughout our stay, any requests we had were promptly addressed – I genuinely couldn't find a single fault! Whether it was for extra water, towels, hangers, or additional cleaning, a quick phone call was all it took to get things sorted. Also, when checking in, you can ask the ladies at the front desk for breakfast vouchers – they're usually happy to provide them in exchange for a five-star review. And no, I'm not a shill; this five-star rating is genuinely well-deserved! Oh, and a tip: you might get a better deal by calling the hotel's reservations department directly for your booking. This overall stay was simply wonderful, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Sanya!

Getting here from Sanya Airport is super convenient! A taxi ride costs around 20 RMB and takes just 10-20 minutes. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus service, though the schedule is fixed. If you're planning a trip to the Sanya Haitang Bay Duty-Free Shop, you can even book the hotel's shuttle – just ask the front desk for booking details beforehand. We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic experience: the pool was clean, the executive lounge was comfortable, and the restaurant offered a wide variety of breakfast options. They also have a recreation room and a fitness center. It happened to rain during our stay, so we ended up trying out all the hotel facilities – which was great! Finally, a special shout-out to Ms. Jingmei at the front desk! Her service was excellent; if we had any requests, we just messaged her on WeChat, and she'd help coordinate and resolve them promptly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed at Crowne Plaza Resort Sanya Bay for 3 nights and left with very mixed feelings. For the price we paid, we expected a higher level of service. Starting with check-in, we had to wait around 15 minutes in line before being helped. The hotel itself is very large, with a beautiful pool area and spacious rooms. There are plenty of activities for kids, which is definitely a highlight for families. However, cleanliness was questionable. There was noticeable dust on the nightstands that never seemed to be removed during our stay. After cleaning, our bed was not even made. The housekeeping staff also entered the room too quickly, after a single knock, they would already open the door, which felt intrusive. Since bad weather kept us inside for part of our stay, we discovered the in-room TV was very outdated, without USB support or screen mirroring, making it impossible to connect our own devices. The biggest disappointment, though, was the buffet for breakfast and dinner. The variety was limited, and almost everything was Chinese cuisine (which should not be a problem) but 15 yuan chaofan from a shushu tastes ten times better than the one from the 238¥ buffet. We were surprised not to find any Western staples, and the menu hardly changed from day to day. Overall, the resort is beautiful and has great potential. It’s a good place for families, thanks to its facilities and kid-friendly activities. However, with some improvements in service, cleanliness, and dining variety, it could truly meet the standard expected of a Crowne Plaza.

It was a lucky find, a serendipitous encounter, that led me to choose this B&B. The cleanliness was impeccable. As someone who usually struggles with sleep, I was pleasantly surprised by how incredibly comfortable the bed was; I slept soundly every single night. A pristine beach is directly accessible downstairs. The warm and attentive service from all the staff truly made me feel completely at home, despite being so far away.
