I’m sorry, that my comment is in English, but I’m very glad, that my family was staying in South China hotel! And we are thankful to the hotel staff, who helped us with every question. And special gratitude to Sophie, who was extra polite and kind to us 🤗 The hotel room was clean, had a lot of free space for family, good view from the window, calm and quiet environment. Swimming pool - great 👍🏻. The location is comfortable too: you can go to the pineapple mall (it’s very close), to the beach (the hotel has it’s own chaise lounges there), to the bund (in the evening it’s nice to walk there), and etc. If you want to live comfortably and not too far from the civilization, this place is perfect!

Located at the far side(if looking from Sanya) of the Yalong bay, just by the beach. Overall a decent place for a reasonable price as far as Yalong bay is concerned at least. The suite is really spacious and has a working stove and a washing machine. Also, on top the AC the room also has the ceiling fan which was great, because it kept the room cool enough even with the AC turned off. The pools have a nice layout, are almost clean, but tend to get seriously hot by the evening. The beach is just in front of the hotel though. The cook that led a baking activity for the kids was really nice.

The rooms at the hotel are very spacious. They are also very convenient for people who plan to have long stays as I have. The rooms have a microwave and a stove which make it easy for guests to prepare their own meals if they wish to do so. The area surrounding the hotel building is also great for walking around and exercising outside

Hi everyone! The hotel is a little bit old, but it's nice, clean and the staff is very friendly, although almost everybody didn't speak English. - The breakfast was quite appropriate for a foreigner: fried eggs, french fries, cereal, coffee from a coffee machine, some fried chicken with vegetables, some kinds of steamed and baked buns, watermelon and melon, cherry tomatoes and lettuce with some salad dressings. - The room is clean, the hotel provides shampoo, shower gel, and lotion, a hairdryer, two cups, two glasses, some teabags, bottled water, and fresh towels every day. There were two bathrobes and towels for the beach with a bag where you can put your towel. We have been living in three different rooms because at first, we came for 2 days and lived in a comfortable room with a garden view 2408 on the 4th floor, it was the best room. Then we decided to move to dadonghai and after 3 days we came back to this hotel again and lived in a room with a swimming pool and a lake view 2603 on the 6th floor for 4 more days. On the last evening, two small lizards appeared in the room and we asked the staff to change the room for 1 night, they were very nice and they agreed and gave us room 1107 on the first floor with a swimming pool view, the room was for a family with a child and had some toys inside. The first two rooms had a bathtub, the third one had a shower. All three rooms were with a balcony. - The swimming pool area is awesome, very beautiful, and clean. The deck chairs were very cozy, the swimming pool was quite clean. There are some hammocks and a swing with a lake view where you can enjoy the quietness and have a rest. - The beachside is near, just across the road, the beach is clean, the sand is white and beautiful, and the sea is quite clean, there were some deck chairs and sunshades. You can have fun with some water activities at the beach too if you want of course. There are not so many cafes and restaurants appropriate for foreign people except Subway, McDonald's, Starbucks, KFC, and Pizza Hut. If there were a little bit more western food cafes close to the beachside, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. If you want to have a lazy and quiet holiday you should go there and relax!

In comparison to my 3 weeks of hotel stay in 7 cities in China, this hotel has to be the most disappointing experience. Breakfast was poor. There’s a sign for coffee but nothing offered across the 3 nights we stayed there. No bacon or fried eggs nor western bakeries. However, there’s limited congee , noddles, cooked veggies & white bread with only one strawberry jam offered . We’re there at 750 am but was told some items was already out of stock. Limited napkins provided in dining area. Room was smelly of tropical dampness, but air conditioning helps. $300 deposit was required for room damage precautions. My friend has an argument over tainted bedsheet caused by previous patrons but has to prove it. So check your bedroom before committing. Location was fairly good, with walking distance to the beach and side street offered various food services and massages. Second level inaccessible by elevator but no one tells us until much later. Russian tourists loved this area & the abundance of Russian posters & welcoming signs told the story.

An absolutely amazing stay and the best value for money hotel I have ever stayed at. The check in experience was top notch and fine quickly without any fuss. The room is luxurious for the price with both a shower as well as a bath and the room is cleaned to a very high standard every day. In addition you are allowed to use the beautiful swimming pool in the hotel opposite. The hotel is only a short walk from the beach and is very close to great restaurants and bars in the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the beach, only 200-300 meters away on foot, close to Yuya Avenue and convenient transportation, you can take many bus lines to travel. The hotel facilities are a bit old, it is an old brand hotel, but the hotel service is good, especially the girl at the front desk can patiently guide you to travel routes, I am very grateful.

My mother and I took two children out to play. When we arrived at the hotel, the waiter was very enthusiastic and told us to contact the front desk at any time if we had any questions. The facilities were relatively old, but very clean, and there was no smell in the room. The auntie who bought swimsuits and swim rings in the hotel was also very good. She didn't sell them at random prices. If you bought too much, she would remind you. The hotel is located in Sanya Bay, and the garden area faces the sea. It has a tropical style, especially the scenery on the Phoenix Island side is more beautiful. The hotel's seaside restaurant has set meals on the top, which are affordable. It is very pleasant to eat while watching the sea and blowing the sea breeze.

I chose this hotel because it had a good rating on Trip. Although the hotel is really in a good location with many eateries, shops and a bigger supermarket, traffic is a bit busy on Haihua Road. Most guests are also from other parts of China and hence it is not very international. For some reason, tea bags were not given for free every day and the toilet paper in the bathroom was too thin for our comfort. We didn’t request for more tea bags though and since we liked to shop, we bought a roll of thicker toilet paper.

It looks like it is ten kilometers away from the hotel. In order to get up early to go to the airport, it is more or less a brand, so I decided to live here again and again. But really disappointed, if you can accept a little more expensive hotel, can accept a little further away from the airport, don't live here. The hotel is very old, it should have been on fire, but now, it is too old, the old is everywhere, the old room smells bad, the old facilities make you unacceptable, the old whole air-conditioning noise makes you unable to rest well, the corridor It was full of noise from the rumbling of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner. Besides the hygiene, the dead corners of the house are not clean, the mirror surface is stained, and the hotel supplies are good, but I haven't touched the sanitary conditions, bath towels, etc. I have used my own. The overall experience was too bad. There are many elderly people staying in the entire hotel, and the airport staff seem to have also arranged to live here. Although I told me that the room I booked was too small, I was upgraded to a suite from a double room, but the problem still existed. Realistic experience.
