Sanya Tianya District Hotels

Stayed 3 nights here. Checking in was efficient and we also communicated with staff Wendy if we had any queries. She was fast and polite in responding to us. We booked a cozy king room. Some of our view was obstructed by some construction works going on next to our hotel so its recommended to upgrade to a better room if you want full sea view! Overall was a good and happy stay. Convenient to the night market and a mall but had to do some walking. Not very near to the beach, need some walking :) We also enjoyed the simple afternoon tea provided complimentary by the hotel.

The hotel has a great location for families,for a single person it's a bit far from all the fun (but solvable by Didi).The room was really nice, super clean,the staff friendly, fast&easy to get to the airport, and there were some nice restaurants walking distance. Breakfast was totally worth it (58rmb), good selection of Chinese and western food.You just need to cross the road to be at the beach which was awesome!The pool is placed over the entrance so it gives a nice view, it's quite small tho and there are only like six sunbeds. Overall, I would def recommend it :)

We had a really lovely stay. Our room was huge and had an amazing view of the sea and city. The pool is really big, so even when it was busy there was still room for us to swim about. The pool is located in the middle all the buildings, so the pools is shady, which is a positive for me because I burn easy. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The only negatives are the breakfast and needing some updated all around. The breakfast is a buffet, but no western options and all the Chinese food was subpar. I won’t pay extra for the breakfast next time. And updates all around, it’s an older location and you can see some things that could be updated. Maybe some paint, replacing a few pieces here and there, etc. But nothing that made our stay negative by any means.

The hotel has a very good location and the room are really spacious and well prepared. It was very clean and everyday they came and clean the room deeply. A unique experience with a warm welcome and a very nice and wonderful service from Ian Lan! (Speaking english), he helps us everyday and arrange everything for us. Any questions, he can answer. And he also anticipates our needs which more than perfect! One improvement that the hotel should do is to improve the offer for lunch and dinner. A little bit more possibilities will be great. (We are also in china and lot of possibilities around for deliveries anyway)

This is a great place to relax. Of the indisputable advantages: close proximity to the airport, quiet cozy atmosphere, pleasant interior, qualified and caring staff. Gorgeous beach and ocean. Very nice views and atmosphere. There are entertainment facilities within 5 km. The environment inside the hotel is very friendly and relaxing. The hotel manager fulfilled all our requests, helped us a lot. We especially want to thank the staff for their help and care and patience during the quarantine. And want to mention Mrs. Vanna hotel manager, that carried every single our question 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻The hotel went above and beyond to make guests feel their best. This is the hard work of all the hotel staff. We are very happy that we chose this hotel. We will definitely come back here. We wish well-being to all employees and thank you for everything.

Let's start with the highlights: 1. Check in and check out smootly 2. Room spacious and clean 3. Breakfast is good and even with full hotel, table available (thumbs up for the management) 4. Pool area very nice, plenty of chairs to use 5. Restaurants and room service are good, pity that for dinner, available choice of BBQ area was very limited (hot pot although is a very traditional thing for Chinese, could also have a kind of Liaoning style BBQ which is totally beach highlight in any part of the world) 6. Coffee shop/bar very good 7. Cleanness of the room spot on, well done (my negative points will not come from the job made by housekeeping but for the orders they have from management) Not pleasant points: 1. No replacement of coffee/milk powder on room (it's a very cheap thing, even 2 Star hotels do that, shame on IHG) 2. No changing sheets, which i can understand in a 2/3 Star hotels but not on ones you spend more than ¥ 1.300.00/night again in my view shame on IHG with the lame excuse of environment. 3. Disposable slippers not replaced in my 4 days stay (again, even a 2/3 star hotels do that without asking for, saving little bucks is kind of lame) 4. Overall the place is kind of old, although not yet rundown, the hotel could do some kind of enhancement of exterior appearance special from swimming pool view, could be painted or washed, repair the parts broken, eliminate the metal green box on roof (of course i didn't take picture, it's an eyesore), in summary, a little effort for appearance and keep fresh and kind of exclusive (which you expect from a hotel that call themselves a resort) Do i come back? Sanya for sure, this hotel, probably not, although the staff are great, i just don't like to be in a place that i have to ask things when i paid for the service already. I'm a ihg member but i didn't book through their app, but in trip (as i found better price than their own app, just UNBELIVABLE) :)

Our stay in Pullman Oceanview was just perfect !! 😃😃 Eva was very simpathic and answer all our question (and in English !! what a pleasure !!) The hotel is very nice located, the beach is pleasant and the staff of the beach and the swimming pool is very convenient! As french travelers, we wanted an hotel where we can eat western food and the food was perfect for us during our stay 😍 The breakfast buffet was very cool too for the price, we ate lot of good western things ! I recommend the hotel for all the activities, the location, the sea, the pools, the big rooms, we love it 😍

Our room was clean and had a nice view. Too bad the pool for kids was closed. We were supposed to stay for 4 nights but trip.com helped us contact the hotel to cancel 2 nights. While we were there, we ordered room service and it was quite fast. The service was pretty good.

This hotel has impressed me very much with the warmth and courtesy from everyone in the hotel，especially the front desk staffs Joy and 小蔡. I definitely will come back to this hotel in the future and recommend to anyone who is considering of booking . BTW the garden courtyard and the oversized swimming pool are so fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay at the Timton Kangda. It was in a great location (close to the airport and Sanya Bay beach just a minute or so walk away). The pool was lovely and our room was very clean and spacious. Room fixtures and furnishings were a little dated, and you can tell that the entire place needs a bit of TLC, but overall a decent place for the budget. The view from our room was amazing - it was great to be able to see the pool and sea! The thing that let this hotel down for us a little bit was the gym - machines that didn’t work, no AC, floorboards coming up, dirty mats, not even running tap water in the bathroom. When we tried to ask staff for help / to ask why the gym was non-functional, all we got was a shrug...
