The hotel service was excellent, especially my butler Vivian, who was always attentive to our needs. Thanks to her, our trip became even more wonderful. The hotel's location was very convenient, and the rooftop swimming pool was the best! If I have the chance, I will definitely come back again!

The hotel was wonderful I think is the most beautiful view in Sanya.  we went for anniversary stay and it was magical. I really enjoyed going to the pool and the breakfast is also very nice in a buffet style so I can’t wait to come back and I think the price is really worse visiting. And also wanted to say thanks to our housekeeper Jing Jing ( 晶晶)

好幾年前住過一次，這次入住感覺服務比之前的好，入住時隨口問了句能不能延遲退房，管家Vivian直接就説視房態可以辦，本來沒抱多大期望，結果第二天一早就收到管家訊息説幫我延遲退房了。房間設施啥的並沒有因為時間而退化，那個水壓，洗澡真的太爽了，比海棠灣的一些一線酒店還好。酒店亮點是樓頂的無邊際泳池，的確很出片。

酒店的設施和服務出乎意料的好，剛下車好多服務生小哥幫忙拿行李帶路，前台給升了豪華海景房視野很好，管家Vivian很早就添加了微信，各種貼心服務，還給送了一次性浴缸套和浴鹽。最值得一提的是頂樓的無邊泳池，風景絕佳。之前看很多評論説房間有黴味，我覺得還行，對酒店品質比較挑剔的我也完全可以接受。不錯，下次還來。

Conveniently close to the airport. Rooftop pools are great. Big disappointment with the breakfast though, restaurant is located in the basement, plastic crockery, noisy rooms....
