This is by far the best hotel we have been to. The Design is unique. The food is great. The Breakfast and Dinner Buffet are very big and have plenty of options. The pool is well maintained and also has a supermarket nearby with fair prices. I would like to give a big thank you to our housekeeper Hailing Zhou she was incredibly friendly and took good care of us and our room. We will be coming back!

旅拍技術很好，超級出片
火舞表演和入夜儀式很嗨
工作人員很熱情且認真，打掃房間很仔細，賓客服務中心響應及時，需要什麼很快就會送來
淡季給免費升房了
設施齊全且比較新
缺點：
海景房跟同價位比視野較差
房間隔音很差
床品不太舒服，被子硬硬的

整體裝修和環境是不錯的，美中不足是沒有自己的獨立沙灘，泳池和房間維護還是不錯的。早餐一般般，不算用心。
值得説一下的是健身房太小了，裏面的更衣室和衞生間太佔面積了，不是很實用，訓練面積有氧和力量區加起來沒有一百平。

家人們誰懂啊！這次住的三亞泰康之家度假酒店，體驗感直接拉滿！房間原木風超温馨，設施智能又高端。山谷花園很出片，入夜儀式超浪漫。服務貼心，牆裂安利，離機場免税店都非常近，很適合情侶或者親子出遊。

這個酒店有好幾個大問題。第1設計的問題，下雨雨水倒灌，到處都是積水。第2，所有的標識都特別不清晰。第3，很多地方都非常的暗。第4，贈送的水果樣子非常難看。第5，空調不好使，還修了一會兒。第6問路的時候，沒有一個服務人員説明白的。花的是和喜來登差不多的錢，體驗感非常差。唯獨值得表揚，就是允許延時退房。

總體環境不錯，適合拍照，房間乾淨清爽，有小童泳池適合小朋友玩。還沒有開發海灘，公共海灘環境不太好。辦理入住的時間等待比較久，希望可以提升一下。早上有科學表演可以給孩子看，晚上有入夜活動，總體來説好評。

辦理入住等的久一點也給升級了海景房 房間乾淨漂亮 小童樂園親子活動還有泳池都很適合小朋友 走到海灘也就幾分鐘 可以説是三亞五星酒店性價比第一了

The hotel staff specially duty manger Rich, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay very comfortable. From the warm welcome to quick responses, everything was perfect.
