The room is really small. It's the first time I've seen a sink next to the bedside table. There's no dry and wet separation, and the mirrors are crooked for taking photos. They didn't tell me when I booked the room, but when I got there they said the special price rooms are very noisy and I have to pay extra if I want to live on the second floor. It's really outrageous and not at all consistent with what they said online.

It's in an alley, a little hard to find, the environment is average, the service is OK, it looks like a store opened by a family from Northeast China. I love traveling around and this is the first time I've lost money in a hotel. After I came back, I couldn't figure out why: did the store open the door and search our bags ourselves after we went out? I went to the beach to play in the water thinking it would be inconvenient to bring a bag, but when I came back my money was gone. We stayed in two rooms, and my sister told me that her money was lost but I didn't believe her at all, so I asked her to look for it carefully. If you don't believe me, go check my bag. I always kept more than 200 yuan in cash in my bag as a reserve, but now there is not a penny left. After I came back, my family told me to call the police, but I thought since I wouldn’t be able to find it even if I did, I decided to just forget it. I really didn't expect that there would be such a situation in a hotel in Sanya. It’s better to choose a formal hotel.
