服務不錯，接送隨叫隨到，房間衞生還行，白天沒熱水，衹能等晚上，唯一的遺憾就是去酒店路上堵車嚴重，顯示五點多才能到，登島最後一班四點，以為當天登不了島了，所以聯繫前台改期了，後來又趕上了，改期期間樓下帶院子被人又訂了，衹能換樓上，樓上房間比較悶熱，必須要開空調才行，曬衣服也不太方便 ，旅拍沒拍上 需要前一天預約才行 租的電動車，去周圍玩很方便，不過衹能在漁村玩，其他地方不讓進 衹能步行

房間很大，整棟樓建設的也很好，都是落地窗，離碼頭其實很近，老闆人也很熱情，找不到位置打個電話就來接了，電視還有會員，可以看。但是衞生搞的不是很好，有蟑螂，而且定位不準，比較難找，出去玩再回程都迷路了

衞生：非常乾淨，沒有異味，但如果你拿放大鏡看當我沒説，畢竟自己家拿放大鏡看都不一定乾淨。
設施：房間裏除了牙刷很劣質，其他都很完美。民宿可以免費使用游泳圈和趕海工具：夾子、桶、鏟子、照明頭燈都有，在浴場租泳圈30元一個。樓頂廚房冰箱都是可以使用的，在院子裏還能BBQ，什麼都有，像在家一樣温馨。一樓的房間都帶陽台，太棒了，我很喜歡。
環境：靠漁村裡麪，有點偏，晚上睡覺很安靜，睡眠很好，步行到漁村市集和海邊都需十幾分鍾，後院有條小路走三分鐘左右就能看到海，離牛王嶺景點很近。
西島很美，很適合悠閑度假，去浴場游泳，看大海，在退潮的礁石灘踩水玩，很安全，看美麗的日落都很近，想在海南看的景色西島都能看到還很方便，衹不過晴天≠玻璃海，如果衹是打卡遊玩可能感受不到西島的美，有機會再來！
服務：民宿員工和善熱情，看我一人又不會電動車，經常送我去海邊，非常感謝！住了6天很開心，房間用品用完了或者需要打掃馬上能得到解決，非常棒！

房間乾淨也沒有異味。房間還有單獨的小陽台，坐着聊聊天啥的都很舒服。價格也很實惠，這個價格這個環境完全超出預期啦。
這次上島剛好遇上台風在島上呆了一週一直在這裏，以為旅途完蛋了，但是民宿前台小哥哥真的很棒親切又隨和，擔心我們吃不上飯還給我們準備吃食。住宿體驗舒適度滿分。

在西島住了一晚，挑選了很久才選中這家，老闆人很好，我們才下船兩分鐘就到門口來接了，感覺住的整體環境很好，像才裝修過的，晚上睡覺巨安靜。還免費提供趕海的各種工具，頭燈，小桶啥的都有，昨天上島後我們去牛王島耍，老闆還主動打電話過來説玩完了給他發消息，過來接我們。也推薦了有一家海鮮（我不是飯梅子！），比三亞灣統一258而且還都是火鍋底料味道的海鮮好多了。今天白天我們出去耍，要走的時候直接讓老闆把行李送到了碼頭，真的很熱心，相比西島上其他價位的住宿，這家可謂是性價比之王！！趕海還抓到了小螃蟹！

西島是一個適合休閑度假的地方，在多個平台對比了好幾家民宿最後選擇萊姆，最後比較滿意。房間不小，格局也不錯，晚上也比較安靜。小哥態度熱情，服務周到。

房間忘記拍照片了，整體衞生還是蠻乾淨的，環境比較安靜，老闆很熱情，基本攻略和需要的趕海工具都免費提供了，這就省不少事。在院子裏還看見一衹猴子，很有意思
