【優點】
1，地理位置極佳，就在市區內，從民宿到周邊的超市便利店、夏日百貨，大東海度假區等等，步行不超過800米都能到，出行很便利~
2，房間整體來説還是比較寬敞的，也很乾凈衞生
3，民宿是在小區裏面，不挨着馬路，所以環境很安靜睡覺很好入眠
4，有泳池，面積雖不大，但能有還是很棒的，小朋友會很喜歡
5，房型豐富，無論什麼房型的性價比都很高
【個人認為可以優化的地方】
1，衹有廁所有捲紙，房間內沒有抽紙
2，浴室沒有一次性浴帽和一次性刮鬍刀
3，梳粧台沒有枱燈

老闆的為人，住宿的體驗，讓突發疫情滯留在此的煩躁心情一抹而無，感謝這麼多天的照顧，還幫忙在困難時期幫着到處跑買葯，心理太暖了，太感謝王老闆的照顧，以後來三亞定會再來

位置在大東海，走路就能到，半夜到的，店裡員工很熱情的接待了我們。
性價比比較高，出門就是各種小吃店，水果攤，離夏日百貨和大菠蘿很近，10分鐘公交車可以直達一市場和椰夢長廊，公交車可以到很多景點，店裡也可以報一日遊，比較了一下價格，比較合適，車接車送。
房間大，寬敞明亮，採光可以，設計偏年輕化，房間內有獨立的WIFI,前台説是每個房間一條線，用起來安全放心。
衞生乾淨，住起來很舒適，房間可以每天讓客房服務員打掃哦
前台服務態度非常好，親切温暖
店門口可以免費停車哦，衹要不要擋別人車就好咯！

先説優點：位置非常方便，去鹿回頭和鳳凰嶺山盟海誓坐公交車都很快，去海邊步行五分鐘，吃的東西多，就是樓下附近超市買東西貴，可能因為位置是海邊吧，房間大且寬敞，洗浴設施也不錯。
不足：床硬，多要了一個被子鋪在下面還可以，描述不符是因為，明明設施位置明確寫着有廚房可以做飯使用，衝著這個來的根本用不了，第一市場海鮮一點不便宜，比東北的都貴，沒有廚房的話加工費更貴，着實是不符了。第二點評論都説晚上有駐唱，也是滿懷期待衝著這個去的結果也沒有。酒店附近有個三亞故事民謠酒吧，便宜，唱的又超級好聽，海邊也有酒吧，坐在海濱就能聽到不用花錢。
其他還好吧，服務也都挺好的主動提醒我們做核酸檢測。

房間很大，寬敞乾淨，被褥也乾淨，衞浴設施還不錯，住着舒服，主要是性價比也還可以，交通超級便利，離公交車站很近，去大東海的景區都很方便，找吃飯的地方樓下週邊到處都是，公共空間環境也還不錯，有個小泳池，需要的時候也可以拍照。服務也好，需要什麼都能滿足需求，工作人員態度也好，人也好，不過廚房用不了有點可惜，第一市場的海鮮好貴，加工費更貴，如果廚房可以正常使用一定會更吸引人！

看到圖片就非常喜歡，喜歡這樣的風格，有個榻榻米可以坐着喝茶吃飯，有梳粧台，不要太好看！絕絕絕子
房間衞生乾淨如圖，衞生情況見圖哦，當然要求特別高，喜歡住酒店的還是繞行吧！
衞生間的衞生對於我來説也是能達到要求的哦，有提供乾淨的毛巾、浴巾，洗髮沐浴都很齊全、在民宿裏面可以説是極品了，床品看起來應該是專業公司洗的，熨燙的很整齊，洗漱用品有酒店的標識，用起來也是很舒心
樓下有個網紅拍照小泳池，不大，可以泡泡水，拍拍照
小區裏面還有停車位，停車方便，主要還不收費，哈哈哈
小東海婚紗拍攝基地也在附近，趕海也可以去那裡
地理位置優越，去海灘很近，步行就可以，還可以去小東海趕海，店裡還有沙灘玩具、趕海工具可以用！幾百米就有麥當勞、星巴克，夏日百貨就在附近，真的太棒了！再次由衷的點贊，另外店裡推薦的大東海巖洞探險也很棒哦！

很乾凈很INS風的一家民宿，很符合我的要求!!!基本上就是偏向於韓式風格給人一種小清新的感覺，不知道為什麼這種感覺就讓人很舒服，房間裏的裝修是我喜歡的類型，主要是前台服務很熱情，很到位，小哥哥小姐姐都很好説話連住了幾天每次從外面回來都感覺像是回了家一樣，民宿還有一日遊推薦玩着很放心，熱情的工作人員還很貼心的告訴我們怎麼避坑哈哈哈！衞生什麼的就更不用多説了由於是在小區裏位置可能會有點難找，不過進了小區往左轉就有指示牌還可以。小區裏還可以免費停車，總而言之就是絕絕子
