1、開了五黑房，剛進房間其中一台電腦就無法打開，工作人員來了兩次才打開電腦；
2、晚上開五黑的時候，打到一半電腦又出問題，然後還解決不了，多噁心人；
3、第二天一早又出問題無法打開，又是工作人員來了兩次才解決問題；
4、最後退房的時候跟前台反映問題，前台一臉傲慢，説電腦有問題是小概率事件，意思我花錢得不到該有的體驗是我運氣不好怪我咯？
5、最噁心説電腦出了問題，酒店沒有什麼表示嗎？前台直接反問你要多少錢（那種像是你故意找茬要錢的樣子）
第一次長評，是真的被噁心到了，奉勸各位慎選

房間燈帶有點晃眼睛 最重要的是晚上根本睡不着覺 床墊子特別硬！！進到裏面很小很壓抑。 雖然環境還行 但是服務員服務態度不太好 第二天11點就給我打電話 催我退房 想讓前台給我送點吃的喝的 我正常付錢 前台竟然不同意送了！！！原因是前台就一個人！這麼大的酒店 無語死了！

設施：電腦配置好，鍵盤鼠標都是有消毒的。燈光科技感十足，都是可以調的。
衞生：這個智能馬桶簡直不要太舒服，各類洗浴設施齊全。
環境：地理位置十分便利，旁邊不遠就是椰夢長廊、前台小哥熱心的很。無雷！推薦！

已經是第二次回來這邊住了，相對一些酒店來説，電競酒店的性價比要高好多，既能和朋友一起在房間開黑，打完累了就能直接在房間休息，環境也相對一些酒店來説也比他們強上不少，下次回來三亞也會再次選擇這裏。
