We had a wonderful stay in this apartment hotel. The best proximity to the Dodonghai beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is convenient for cooking. It’s equipped with all necessary things. The lady host is friendly and helpful. The man host is nice, and even able to speak good Russian, which was a pleasant surprise. I would love to come here next time with my family.

The check-in experience was great. I stayed in several hotels in Sanya and this one was the most comfortable. I thought that the hygiene of this kind of apartment would be poor, but it turned out that everything was very clean, daily necessities were all available, the community environment was beautiful, and the surrounding facilities were complete. Great location, 200 m to the sea. Awesome view from the window. Clean, cozy and comfortable. The owner speaks Russian well, will always help and prompt, is accommodating. By the way, Phoenix Island is clearly visible from the entrance, even better than from some parks. We will definitely recommend it to friends and will stay ourselves if we are in Sanya again.

I didn't find it troublesome, and I placed the order decisively after my doubts were eliminated. I booked 4 nights in one go. The room was fully booked on the last night. The boss told me to stay here first and then extend the room if I felt good. After getting off the plane, Didi paid 35 yuan to go to the downstairs of the community. The community is a new one. You can only let in after registering your information at the gate guard. The security guards are very serious about their duties and they feel safe. The boss was waiting downstairs to show us the apartment and go through the formalities. He also told us about the food, drink and entertainment nearby, provided us with tools for digging sand and catching the sea, and told us that it was very convenient to catch the sea downstairs without having to travel far. When I came to the room, the first thing I felt was that it was very tidy. Then, upon closer inspection, I found that the hygiene was really good, and all the blind spots that were easily overlooked were not left out. Really, I felt comfortable and clean when I was away from home, and I felt very good. Come here Before, I was afraid that the cleansing and care products provided by the B&B were not good, so I specially brought them in small packages. But it turned out that I was overly worried. The boss provided me with Safeguard and Rejoice products, and the hair dryer made my hair very smooth. The boss was afraid of us. This B&B is very cost-effective. The nearby hotels are very expensive. The room is large, clean and hygienic. It is only a few minutes walk from the side entrance of the community to the beach. There is a swimming pool in the community that will be disinfected in the morning. Highly recommended.

When traveling with children, I feel that staying in a B&B is much better than a hotel. It has a lot of space and the children can run away. Plus, there is a swimming pool downstairs and it is very close to the beach, which is super convenient. The boss is also super nice

With more people living together and cooking together, it would be more lively. I was afraid that the actual apartment would not match the real thing and would be a trap, so I booked it for two nights. When I came in, it certainly lived up to my expectations. I booked this hotel while visiting Dadonghai Beach. It was amazing. The room is at least 200 square meters, with two bathrooms. When I placed the order, there was no two-bedroom or three-bedroom reservation. Each room is very large. It takes no more than five or six minutes to walk from the community to Dadonghai Beach, which is so convenient. After swimming, it is very convenient to go back to the room to take a shower or something. There are many restaurants nearby.

I rented a small electric donkey and took the kids to Xiaodonghai for a ride. I could also stop by Luhuitou on the way. I stayed for two nights and originally wanted to renew for one more night.
