The hotel needs the renovation asap.
The mold is in the rooms with smells.
The furniture is very old.
The breakfast is poor.
It’s not a 4-star hotel.
One thing I’m happy about is that the hotel agreed to cancel our stay and return the money so that we could move to another one.

Good choice for tourists who are unpretentious and
prefer a lot of walking. 15 minutes to the Dadunhai beach.
Rooms are big, but have old furniture.
Breakfast is good.

I recently stayed at the hotel and wanted to share my experience.
While the hotel facilities are somewhat dated, I was pleased to find that everything was kept clean and tidy, thanks in large part to the efforts of staff member number 16, who did a fantastic job.
Having a tub and a terrace in the room was a wonderful touch, providing a nice space to relax. Additionally, the reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience and appreciate the hard work of the staff.

I recently stayed at four seasons hotel sanya and waiter number 9 was very helpful and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel, thanks to the hardworking staff! The room was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job of ensuring everything was tidy and sanitized. I appreciated the extra efforts they made to ensure my comfort and safety. Their dedication to cleanliness is truly commendable. Kudos to the entire housekeeping staff for a job well done! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean and comfortable stay.

A good hotel with a beautiful bathroom on the balcony. Beautiful view. A great swimming pool that is open until late. The beach is about 10 minutes away. You can make many beautiful photos here. I will back 😀

Wondefull place to stay, very close to the beach. Rooms with bathtub and very big. There's a Pool and Academy. I will stay here next time I return to Sanya.

Nice room, large bath in the balcony, which we used almost every night. It just take long time to be filled. But overall great hotel. Don’t expect much from breakfast but there is plenty of options. Swimming pool is nice too, and it overlooks the street. Stuff friendly and helpful. Some can speak English. Location is very convenient too.
