所謂的免費停車，就是路邊自己找。那個水池不但破而且加上龍頭有80公分，洗臉真是辛苦。我們這個屋子還算好的有兩個古董桌子，隔壁連牆上插座都沒有。屋子裡還一股味。蹲廁到也OK了，一路南下住的都是百元左右的旅店，這家是我有生以來最顛覆的。老闆一副你不花錢升級就該接受這條件的架勢。前天住他家旁邊的旅店，價格一樣，比這裏乾淨衞生不是一星半點，老闆幫忙找停車位，幫忙拿行李，房間是坐便，也沒什麼蚊蟲。也沒有這麼吵。晚上還有打麻將的。

看評價來的，都是刷的評價。哪裡來的乾淨？晚上很亂，凌晨一兩點依然有人在走廊大喊大叫。衞生間很臟，地漏也沒有，一股味往上反。如果辦理入住前能看到這樣，不可能住這裏。

賓館位置很好，交通方便，前面就是公交站，也有免費停車位，電梯運行速度很給力，房價不貴房間乾淨舒適。前台接待很熱情，周邊配套設施齊全，葯店銀行就在旁邊，還有很多小吃店，很開心的住宿體驗，強烈推薦朋友們過來！

來這裏住四五次了，老闆人很好，性比價很高。房間很安靜，窗簾很着光，睡覺很舒服！強烈推薦👍不知道老闆家的差評哪裡來的，反正我們體驗感超好。

總體來説還行，在海棠灣這個價位也算可以了，定了2間房，一間沒有電視，都是蹲便，長者腿不方便，有點費勁兒，挺車位就在門口，但特別少，老闆會安排到隔壁。
