我自己一個女生出來旅行，住的酒店因為我晚定了房間沒辦法續了，就在附近找的這家評分相對高的，晚上打車過來8點多才入入住，定位非常不準確，找不到地方，管家也不來接，到了也不給你説方向，自己一個人拖着行李烏漆嘛黑走路到處找，入住地點辦理很小一個地方，打印也要單獨收費，你看一下他們給我發的注意事微信截圖，什麼都要加錢，做飯加100，到辦入住已經很累，很晚了就想早一點休息，另外一個管家一上來就給你一頓槓，還不給好臉色，而且生怕你佔了他的房間晚上8:00入住第二天9:00醒了就收到了，他問你退房的消息，我説你放心，我一定會在12:00前退房的。超過12點就要收費半天，在三亞住了那麼多天的多家酒店，就他們家要求最多最嚴格，感覺我不是花錢的，我是花錢的受氣的，大家看了都繞道吧，我旅遊博主實名討厭這家酒店，害我一晚上都被氣的沒有睡好

房子坐落在恆大養生谷，小區保安不錯，外賣送不進來，要到小區門口拿。
小區環境很好，周圍比較安靜。
房間窗外風景貌似是建築工地，看不出來到底是什麼
服務能看得出來確實努力，管家還可以給送防蚊子噴霧，洗衣機消毒液等等。
不過確實但跟酒店不同，有些錙銖必較。
各方面對住客的要求都比較“嚴格”,開火加100元，除此之外，不提供調料和洗潔精等，需要自己購買。
如果超過12點退房會收半天房費，過3點就收全天房費。
洗衣機要了消毒水清洗了幾遍還是有前面的住客留下的沙子，不知道有多久沒有清理過了
冰箱也很臭。
房間裏有一股黴味，管家説因為三亞很潮，所以都這樣，但是客廳裏的空調一打開就是一股很大的臭味。
客廳的沙發墊看得出來也是身經百戰了，除了污漬，還有前面住客的頭髮。
有一説一，整個屋子白天的陽光非常好，還有一個可以坐着喝茶曬太陽的小陽台
滿足最基本的需求沒有問題，會比較舒服，對衞生要求高且需要貼心服務的慎重選擇。

海棠灣的一處鬧中取靜之地，適合帶家人安靜的住一段時間。去海邊漫步、海昌海洋世界遊玩，都不算遠。電子門鎖自主入住，既保障私密性，同時民宿管家服務，又可隨時提供一切旅行生活所需的問題解答。雖“生活在別處”，卻依然不孤獨。主人是位擁有佛家智慧的居士，閑來與她聊天飲茶，也是幸事一樁

這邊是管家式服務，和酒店不一樣，很多事情可以諮詢管家，避免被坑，環境很好，早上有鳥叫。去醫院，後海，免税店都方便。門口那一排門面，帶頭巾的回民開的蘭州拉麪很坑，又貴又沒份量，也沒幾個人，付了錢還説沒買單，一副兇狠的樣子，千萬別去吃！
